Villa was spotless and high quality with private pool and gorgeous view of sea and hills. Hosts couldn't have been more friendly or helpful! Close to local restaurants and beach, would 100% go back and book this villa again!

Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely large window overlooking the bay/ village - stunning. We stayed in a family room which was great value but didn’t cater there as we ended up only having 1 night Stunning pool to relax in after the Al king to beach during the day. Breakfast on the terrace kept coming so we had no room for the pancakes ! We would definitely come back. Amazing value for money.
Clean,fresh well maintained with lovely outside pool. Villa has plenty of space and is well equipped and the gardens outside are very nice.
Villa Pincevic is stunning place! A real gem! Everything was perfect! Whole place is spotlessly clean, breakfast was excellente and the best of all: Mr. Pincevic is a remarkable host: friendly, communicative, kind, polite... all the best! Coming back again at Villa Pincevic for sure!
Lopud island was stunning, we loved our stay after a few days in busy Dubrovnik and would definitely come back. The hotel has a beach area with sun loungers, which is perfect for chilling out for the day and swimming to cool down. The restaurants close by were fantastic, with highlights being Villa Restaurant and Obala Restaurant. The staff were really friendly & helpful throughout our stay, and the rooms & hotel itself were super clean.

We loved everything about Villa Franka. Franka herself is super wonderful. The best host :) We had the apartment with the large terrace for a couple of nights and it was fantastic. Then the top floor for an extra night as the other one wasn't available when we decided to extend because we enjoyed Lopud so much. Also great. We'd love to come back!
