This is a great villa overlooking the beautiful town. The pool is fantastic, and the room was comfortable and clean. There are a lot of steps to get here, but I’m not putting that as a negative as the view is worth the climb.
The location is probably the best in Lopud. It’s central to everything. The villa is beautiful, clean and has plenty of space. The view is stunning, Nela, our lovely host, was so warm and welcoming. She shared lots of useful information and was great fun to chat to. We will definitely try to return here one day!

Lovely large window overlooking the bay/ village - stunning. We stayed in a family room which was great value but didn’t cater there as we ended up only having 1 night
Stunning pool to relax in after the Al king to beach during the day.
Breakfast on the terrace kept coming so we had no room for the pancakes !

Villa Pincevic is stunning place! A real gem! Everything was perfect! Whole place is spotlessly clean, breakfast was excellente and the best of all: Mr. Pincevic is a remarkable host: friendly, communicative, kind, polite... all the best! Coming back again at Villa Pincevic for sure!
Lopud island was stunning, we loved our stay after a few days in busy Dubrovnik and would definitely come back. The hotel has a beach area with sun loungers, which is perfect for chilling out for the day and swimming to cool down.
The restaurants close by were fantastic, with highlights being Villa Restaurant and Obala Restaurant.
The staff were really friendly & helpful throughout our stay, and the rooms & hotel itself were super clean.
Hosts were lovely, and arranged for private airport transfer (£145 for 4 people including taxi and private boat) and met us at port and took our luggage to villa for us. Villa was spotless and high quality with private pool and gorgeous view of sea and hills. Hosts couldn't have been more friendly or helpful!
Close to local restaurants and beach, would 100% go back and book this villa again!
