The view was stunning!! Being so high up outside of Skiathos Town you have a choice of planes, boats, mountains or sea!! So peaceful too - you can properly empty your mind with the sights and sounds of nature. The property is situated on the Monastery road and I would recommend hiring a car or bike. As we were only staying for a few days we made full use of the Monastery bus (with a return taxi) which together with the Island’s excellent main bus service suited us just fine for our trip. The property is beautifully decorated and very clean. Angeliki is a lovely host - non intrusive but always on hand if there is anything you need. We loved this property - it had everything we needed for our last leg of our holiday. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable mattresses on the beds. Every day we could have breakfast and lunch outside. A very friendly host who informed us in advance in writing of everything important.

Our stay at Kefi House was excellent! Our expectations were far exceeded. Our host met us timely at the property to deliver the keys. I called a few hours before to confirm our arrival time from the ferry. The house was very stylish, modern, comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great. We are a family of 4 (boys 12 and 14) and the house fit our needs perfectly. Despite being in Skiathos town, the street Kefi House is on is very quiet and residential. I am so happy we chose to stay in Skiathos town. In the mornings I would walk to the bakery for fresh bread and cookies. My husband and I would get an iced coffee from a nearby cafe while our boys slept in. There are beautiful grocery stores with fruit and yogurt and everything you would need nearby. Every night we were able to walk around the city. The beach resorts are pretty but it would have been very boring to be outside of the center. We were very close to the port and were able to walk to Kefi House with our bags. Similarly we were able to walk to car rental and 4-wheeler rentals for daily excursions across the island. I highly recommend renting a boat for the day to tour the island. You can ask or text your host to help you with that which was another highlight. Kefi House was just perfect. My family created beautiful memories during our stay and we will always dream about the wonderful week we spent in Skiathos at Kefi House. We hope to visit again!

Nice location directly in the city center; therefore you can reach most facilities within a five to ten minute walk. Although I was a solo traveler, this property comfortably accommodates 2-4 people. There is a kitchen of good size and the owner also kindly provided a bottle of water. It was about a 30-40 minute from the airport which I would recommend taking if you’re not traveling with a hell lot of luggage, as you pass by the famous end of the airport’s runaway and the scenic port.

This trip was for my 40th birthday and the house was BEAUTIFUL, the staff was amazing and the trip went of without a hitch! I would definitely recommend book here, and will definitely book it again.

Everything was wonderful, when we return to Skiathos we will definitely stay here. A chic villa well positioned on the island, with privacy and close to everything you need nearby. The owner, Ioana, helped us with absolutely everything we needed.

Very nice little cottage in the hills above Skiathos town. Nicely decorated with every amenity you would need for a comfortable, more rustic stay. A steep climb until the house so it's better if you have a car (parking included). A more closer-to-nature stay close to hiking trails and the wonderful Evagelistria monastery.
