The house is really spacious, recently renovated with excellent quality furniture. There is powerful AC on every room, that made our stay very delightful. We loved the balcony upstairs that has a very cozy living space to chill and relax. Our host is one of the most responsive and kind host you can find. He answers immediately to any issue you have. We would definitely stay there again.

We spent a WONDERFUL 6 nights at Korifi by halu. My parents were over from New Zealand and this stunning property was our first stop of our trip around Europe, and I can 100% say this property was our favourite. The property itself is massive and seems very new/modern. The bedrooms/lounge area are all a good size, and the interior is beautiful throughout. The property has everything you need, and you can imagine staying there forever, it truly felt like a (glamorous) home away from home and we were sad to leave at the end of the stay. The views over the ocean are incredible, I can't even put into words how much we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every morning/afternoon and evening taking in the beautiful views. I must add that the outdoor furniture is very comfortable, and the balcony is a lot larger than it looks in the photos. There is a bus stop right near the property which takes you all around the Island, we found this to be perfect for us. Our amazing host Kitty met us at the property (around 8pm) so she was able to give us the keys and show us around. Kitty was brilliant from beginning to end, I truly cannot speak highly enough of her. Kitty went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was quick to respond to any questions we had. I've used booking.com for many years now and I can say that Kitty is one of the most helpful/pleasant hosts I have ever come across. I'm not one to normally return to a property as I like to experience different places each time I travel, however this property holds a special place in our hearts, and we are already looking to return in 2025. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay in Skiathos.

There is also free public parking 5 min from there. The house is equipped with everything you need and you can fully rely on Tania and Kostas who are very responsive and ready to help with everything you might need during your stay (including renting a car and airport transfer) Overall, we really enjoy our stay in Olive Green House.

Villa Penelope ist eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Trotz der direkten Lage an der Hauptstraße keinerlei Lärmbelästigung, schallisolierte Türen und Fenster. Zum Strand sind es nur ca. 100 Meter, Supermarkt gleich nebenan und zur Innenstadt zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Privater Parkplatz vorhanden. Bei Frau Penelope kann man sich wirklich wohlfühlen.
Die Aussicht ist toll, jeden Tag kam die Reinigungskraft und wir bekamen alle 3 Tage frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Die Villa liegt bei der Bushaltestelle. Schöne Strände in der Umgebung.Kim ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Karina. Die Gastgeber und Angestellten waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück lecker und ausreichend. Das Zimmer hell, sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, die Handtücher aller zwei Tage gewechselt. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank war auch im Zimmer, optimal um Getränke zu kühlen. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. Kleiner süßer Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und einem Wäscheständer für die Badesachen. WLAN top. Eine Parkmöglichkeit fürs Auto war ca 100m unterhalb der Villa.
Nikos und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich. Nikos hat uns von der Fähre abgeholt und zur Villa Ourania gebracht, am Ende des Urlaubs auch zum Flughafen gefahren.
Total süße Anlage, so liebevoll dekoriert. Totales "MammaMia-Hotel-Donna"-Gefühl!! Die Zimmer sind praktisch und sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts! Der phantastische Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Bucht und das Meer entschädigen für die vielen Stufen von der Straße hoch nach oben zum Hotel...aber bei den Bergen leider nun mal nicht zu ändern. Ioanna ist eine liebe Seele, so fürsorglich und liebevoll - zuverlässig, hilfsbereit und mega engagiert! Skiathos - wir kommen wieder!!!! Villa Anna, wir sehen uns.....🤩☀️🌺😍🌹
Man muss die Villa in zwei Teile bewerten, der obere Bereich ne glatte 10. Pool, Blick auf das Meer 🌊 einfach nur Traumhaft
die Lage ist spektakulär. auchder Blick übers Tal aufs Meer ist unbezahlbar. der Pool ist riesig. wenn es regnet empfehle ich aber ein 4WD, denn der Weg zur Villa ist sehr steil und zum Teil unbefestigt.
