We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is perfect – super central, just 2-3 minutes away from the harbor. It’s right in the heart of the town, so you can get anywhere quickly. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. They even picked us up at the harbor and showed us the way to the apartment. The apartment itself is spacious, with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a lovely terrace. It had everything we needed, and the hosts checked in frequently to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. They also allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment until the afternoon after checkout, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

The house is really spacious, recently renovated with excellent quality furniture. There is powerful AC on every room, that made our stay very delightful. We loved the balcony upstairs that has a very cozy living space to chill and relax. Our host is one of the most responsive and kind host you can find. He answers immediately to any issue you have. We would definitely stay there again.

We spent a WONDERFUL 6 nights at Korifi by halu. My parents were over from New Zealand and this stunning property was our first stop of our trip around Europe, and I can 100% say this property was our favourite. The property itself is massive and seems very new/modern. The bedrooms/lounge area are all a good size, and the interior is beautiful throughout. The property has everything you need, and you can imagine staying there forever, it truly felt like a (glamorous) home away from home and we were sad to leave at the end of the stay. The views over the ocean are incredible, I can't even put into words how much we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every morning/afternoon and evening taking in the beautiful views. I must add that the outdoor furniture is very comfortable, and the balcony is a lot larger than it looks in the photos. There is a bus stop right near the property which takes you all around the Island, we found this to be perfect for us. Our amazing host Kitty met us at the property (around 8pm) so she was able to give us the keys and show us around. Kitty was brilliant from beginning to end, I truly cannot speak highly enough of her. Kitty went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was quick to respond to any questions we had. I've used booking.com for many years now and I can say that Kitty is one of the most helpful/pleasant hosts I have ever come across. I'm not one to normally return to a property as I like to experience different places each time I travel, however this property holds a special place in our hearts, and we are already looking to return in 2025. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay in Skiathos.

Villa nur 50 m vom Strand Troulos und den Tavernen entfernt. Laden zum Einkaufen 20m. Das gesamte Haus als auch die Wohnungen sind vollständig Anfang des Jahres renoviert und modern eingerichtet worden. Großer Garten zur Mitbenutzung. Jeden Tag zusätzlich frische Handtücher und sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieterin.
Pool & Aussicht sind mit Abstand das beste Feature hier. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und hat außen und innen viel Platz. Für zwei Autos ist genügend Platz.

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit traumhaft schönem Ausblick aufs Meer und auf Skopelos. Die Villa ist perfekt für 4Personen , sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es hat uns dort an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind wunderbare Menschen, die alles dafür tun, dass man dort einen perfekten Urlaub verbringen kann. Wir wurden spontan vom anderen Ende der Insel mit dem Auto abgeholt und mehrere Male mit typisch griechischen Gerichten von Vicky überrascht und verwöhnt. Wir kommen gerne bald wieder und empfehlen diese tolle Unterkunft gerne weiter.
In der Villa Xanthippi war von Anfang bis Ende alles bestens. Wir wurden herzlichst begrüßt, die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, der Garten, die Terrasse und der Ausblick ein Traum, die Betten (vor allem die Kissen) sehr bequem und in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte. Nach einem Ausflug an den Strand, zu einer Aktivität oder zum Essen (alles in der Nähe verfügbar) hatten wir das Gefühl "nach Hause zu kommen" :) Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!
Die Villa ist sehr schön in einer schattigen Umgebung gelegen. Die Zimmer gemütlich und es gibt einen großen Aufenthaltsraum mit Küchenzeile. AC in beiden Schlafzimmern waren bei der Hitze sehr angenehm. Bad sehr schön. Terrasse sehr groß und mit einem Sofa für laue Nächte ausgestattet. Kostas war freundlich und bemüht um seine Gäste. WLAN wurde auf Nachfrage aufgerüstet.
Die Villa ist ideal für Familien oder größere Freundesgruppen , die Aussicht ist Wunderschön, die Vermiter super freundlich, bemüht und immer ansprechbar. Würde jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.
Die Villa ist 2-stöckig, der obere Bereich ist ausgestattet mit großem Balkon, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad, über die Treppe kommt man in den unteren Bereich mit 2 Schlafzimmern und jeweils 2 Badezimmer, die Terrasse zum Außenbereich mit Pool und 4 Liegen mit 2 Sonnenschirmen, Grillecke und Garten. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich in einer kleinen Kammer unter der Treppe. Die Altstadt mit ihrer Fußgängerzone und den viele sehr schönen Seitengassen und Tavernen, Läden und Sehenswürdigkeiten laden zum verweilen ein. Der Hafen ist sehr schön.
die Lage ist spektakulär. auchder Blick übers Tal aufs Meer ist unbezahlbar. der Pool ist riesig. wenn es regnet empfehle ich aber ein 4WD, denn der Weg zur Villa ist sehr steil und zum Teil unbefestigt.
