It is also in a good position, because is extremely close to the harbour which is a nice area to be in. (Full of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. We definitely recommend this place to spend a lovely time in Patmos.

I always felt very safe. LOVED the bedroom upstairs! Popi is a fantastic host! She is warm, caring, and quite charming.

Situated in Grikos, less than 1 km from Groikos Beach and a 15-minute walk from Petra Beach, Luxury house in the island of Patmos offers a garden and air conditioning. The villa is new build, clean and very well equipped. We ( 2 adults + 2 kids), spend a really fantastic holidays here. Besides the nice interior, the biggest plus is the closeness to the beach Groikos. The owner and his partner were very friendly and caring and made us feel truly comfortable as everything we had discussed via emails was there. We have seen many great villas, but this is the first time we really want to re-visit next year. Highly recommend!!
