This experience exceeded our expectations. This house was the cleanest and most beautiful house we have ever stayed in as a family. It is a brand new renovated house in the center of Patmos Skala. Best location, 2 min walking to all the restaurants and cafes. Incredibly romantic surroundings of Greek churches and small streets with street cats around. We will be staying again here next year. It is also in a good position, because is extremely close to the harbour which is a nice area to be in. (Full of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. We definitely recommend this place to spend a lovely time in Patmos.

We ( 2 adults + 2 kids), spend a really fantastic holidays here. Besides the nice interior, the biggest plus is the closeness to the beach Groikos. The owner and his partner were very friendly and caring and made us feel truly comfortable as everything we had discussed via emails was there. We have seen many great villas, but this is the first time we really want to re-visit next year. Highly recommend!!
