Korpikelo provides a sauna and free private parking, and is within 36 km of Kolari Train Station. Exceptionally well equipped, very quiet, cozy and clean. Perfect location for skiing, with convenient access to airport and slopes with bus. Cross-country skiing trails run just a couple steps away. Very kind hosts, we will most definitely return!

Within 1.5 km of Arktikum Science Centre and 7 km of Santa Claus Village - Main Post Office, Foxtail Apartment provides free WiFi and a garden. Quiet location, very easy walk to a supermarket, and extremely cosy place to sleep. 30 minute walk to town or easy taxi ride using Uber or similar local apps (or the taxi rank by McDonalds). There's a great kitchen which helps reduce eating out costs which can be steep in Rovaniemi for a family, and an excellent shower. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property without reservation.

Situated in Korvala, the log cabins provide self-catering accommodation with a terrace. Each holiday home features a kitchenette, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with bidet and shower. Stunning setting on a husky farm and overlooking the frozen lake. Kids had alot of freedom and were able to roam around safely in the woods and in the snow at the front of the cabin. We used the sledges they had available and cross country skis. My husband and I did the sauna and ice dip which was brilliant fun. Kitchen facilities were pretty basic but the cabin was super warm and cosy - they have a little kota available that we cooked sausages on Had a husky ride with korvala. My husband and I ended up each mushing a dog sled each which was amazing. We had a kennel tour and was nice to see how loved and cared for the dogs were as this was a major decision in going to korvala.

Featuring inner courtyard views, Villa Arctic Light 1&2 offers accommodation with free bikes and a patio, around 3.8 km from Santa Claus Village. Villa Artic Light is a modern and comfy holiday home. Hosts (Paulas and Laura) were contactable throughout our stay and answered all our questions timely. The pin code to the place were emailed to us prior to our arrival and even though the check in time was not until 3pm, hosts allow us to drop our luggage first. And on the check out day, host allow us to keep the luggage till 2pm as we had planned to visit Santa Park in the morning. We are so grateful for that. When we arrived the first day, the place was already heated up nicely. We came from Santa Claus Village and felt so cold and so to arrive with a heated place like this was just heavenly! The place is very clean and comfy and very warm. We walked around in our thin pjs and some of us bare-footed. The sauna is heavenly. Lots of places to hang our coats and ski attire. The drying room (sharing the same place with the washing machine, drying machine, sauna, bathroom and toilet) is good place to hang your damp jackets from snow play :) The 9 of us (5 adults, 2 teens and 2 children age 11) shared the entire home and really like the place. My kids love the smart TV. Master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe. We prepared simple breakfast and dinner with the fully functional kitchen. There were many sledges sitting outside but unfortunately excursions took out most of our time and so we had no time to explore the lovely front and back yard. oh yes, Villa Artic Light is really quite near to Santa Park. We booked 2 taxis to bring us there.

Offering a garden, Revontulen Tupa is situated in Kaamanen. Inari is 25 km from the property. Free private parking is available on site. Revontulen Tupa features free WiFi . Great cabin alongside the lake with access to a rowing boat if you wanted. It was warm and comfortable and even had a sauna inside that you could use. Quiet, peaceful location.

Located next to Urho Kekkonen Natural Park in Kakslauttanen, Polar Aurora Cabins offers self-catering apartments with sauna housed in log cabins. Free WiFi is available. Our family of five just returned from staying here and we would certainly go back again. Everything was great. The hostess was very responsive with the questions I had before we left. The host picked us up at the airport and took us to the cabin. He took the time to talk us through everything about the surrounding area and discuss the activities we had scheduled in the coming days. They made sure we had a great stay. We owe our great vacation to their personal service! The cabin was also wonderful- it had everything we needed, was clean and warm and cozy. I can't say enough good things about this place and the host and hostess. The accommodation alone was worth a great rating and if you want a personal experience and like meeting local people- this is would be an amazing choice.

Offering a private sauna, Villas Karhunpesä is located in Saariselka in the Lapland Region. Ivalo is 26 km away. Free private parking is available on site. The house was lovely and modern and equipped with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Little touches like the Christmas tree and having dishwasher tablets and detergents to use etc made a self catering stay a lot easier with a family. The house is a little way from the town centre if you are walking (as it’s very cold) but We had a car and it took 5 minutes and we loved the fact it was secluded and quiet but we could easily reach where we needed to go by car.
