This beachfront property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. The villa has facilities for disabled guests. We booked 4 nights at Polaris Villas - it was a treat! The interior is elegant and new. Stove, oven, cooking utensils - everything was the best and latest. The main room with the big window is amazing. Not to mention the whirlpool and the Sauna. There was also a TV with all the latest streaming apps and a bluetooth speaker. We truly enjoyed our stay. During the whole stay, we were in touch with Halle via Whatsapp. She provided us with useful information and things to do in the region. Speaking off: The area is wonderful, there is tons to do and it's less touristy. For us, it was an absolute dream holiday. We can't thank Hanne + team enough for the unforgettable stay. So relaxing! Thank you!

The holiday home with a terrace and quiet street views features 1 bedroom, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 1 bathroom with a bidet. For added convenience, the property can provide towels and linens for a supplement. The accommodation offers a fireplace. Basic cottage that has all the features we needed. Beds were good and sauna was ok. I would say that the upstairs additional beds are for for 7-13 years old kids, due to height of the area + the stairs are very steep, so you have to be careful when coming down -> but that did not bother us as we were not using upstairs.

Within 1.5 km of Arktikum Science Centre and 7 km of Santa Claus Village - Main Post Office, Foxtail Apartment provides free WiFi and a garden. The Science Center Pilke is within 1.5 km of the holiday home. Quiet location, very easy walk to a supermarket, and extremely cosy place to sleep. 30 minute walk to town or easy taxi ride using Uber or similar local apps (or the taxi rank by McDonalds). There's a great kitchen which helps reduce eating out costs which can be steep in Rovaniemi for a family, and an excellent shower. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property without reservation.

a wonderful place, from both sides surrounded by water, a perfect getaway, luxurious contact with nature, we were in the winter and jumping to the snow after private sauna was a perfect end of the day, apartment was spacious and well equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, secluded place (big advantage) with a quick drive to Santa’s Village and Rovaniemi city center (by car or taxi), big private parking (no need for reservation)
This is one of the best villas we’ve stayed in. It is better in reality than in the pictures. The villa was extremely clean, spacious, very well equipped and with lots of windows and lovely views towards the frozen lake just in front of it. We even spotted an aurora above the lake one of the nights. There is a sauna, a jacuzzi, a lovely hut for roasting sausages over a fire and lots of common space inside the house for friends to get together. Rovaniemi is at a 5-min drive from the villa. We would love to be back again to this beautiful home.
We had a great time at Santa Clause Holiday Village. The kids enjoyed being pulled in the free sleighs available and the luggage that was delivered and picked up from our cabin also helped a lot. Being so close to all the activities like Snow World and meeting Santa was fantastic.
1. The trailer owner and his father are very friendly and helpful, providing paid shuttle services, recommending restaurants, and offering assistance. 2. The interior of the trailer is very luxurious and new, and it's very clean. 3. It comes with complete cookware and kitchen utensils. 4. The campsite also offers complimentary sauna reservations. 5. It's right across from Santa Claus Village.

Facilities were amazing and not much difference between the two types of villas which was good
High quality finished off Villa. Everything we needed. Owner came and gave us more firewood when we needed it and answered any questions we had. A bit of modern cabin luxury.
