Our cottage (3) was very attractive & comfortable for our family. It was immaculate & nicely decorated. Also, lovely outdoor sitting area & view ( shared lawn was not an issue as no other guests present). We forgot a small item & manager responded promptly & kindly posted it onto to us.

We enjoyed our stay at Barnhives. The units are modern, super clean, and well equipped. We cooked on the private BBQ twice and enjoyed our dinner, overlooking the vines. There is also a very good restaurant for lunch on the property. For dinner, you need to venture into the neighbourhood, but there is plenty of choice. Barnhives is a good starting point for your wine tasting tour in the Margaret River wine region.

Was a relief to stay somewhere so well appointed. From the very comfortable bed, excellent shower and full kitchen to the cleanliness, individual air conditioning in bedrooms, great outdoor areas and laundry with option of dryer or laundry rack this has it all!

We stayed at Settlers cottage and we loved that our girls spent most of the time outside of the cottage, playing with alpacas, kangaroos, playground, tennis, basketball, ping-pong within few meters from the cottage and we can see them from the cottage. Our girls had no screen time because they were out playing in the safe gated environment for hours.

The place was stunning and more than I expected. Lovely facilities with an exceptionally well maintained interior and exterior. Perfect location for an easy walk into the heart of Albany or to some interesting historical tourist destinations.

Beautiful, very clean property with lots of games for the children to play with. Kayaks and fishing rods available to use. 5 minute walk to the beach for the most stunning sunrise and sunset. It was just perfect and the hosts were a pleasure to communicate with. We will definitely be staying here again :)
