Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. The house was beautifully furnished, everything spotlessly clean. It was also well stocked with everything you need, with many complimentary provisions and thoughtful extra touches. It was an absolute pleasure for our family to stay here. Highly recommend.

The property is simply gorgeous and maintained to a high standard. Spotless throughout. Couldn't of been easier. Simple lockbox and code sent via SMS.
Dunsborough
Yungarra Estate has sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Dunsborough, 17 km from Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse and Maritime Museum. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. The rooms include a patio with views of the garden. Our cottage (3) was very attractive & comfortable for our family. It was immaculate & nicely decorated. Also, lovely outdoor sitting area & view ( shared lawn was not an issue as no other guests present). We forgot a small item & manager responded promptly & kindly posted it onto to us.

It is well located right in the town of Margaret River. Lots of extras like a washing nachine, clothes line, beautiful deck for relaxing and a ping pong table.

Tranquil bush setting with villas well spaced. Beautiful beach & great fishing directly out the front of the resort. Free use of kayaks & paddle boards. The staff were all fantastic & more than happy to assist with any needs or requests! Have already booked to return again in 6 weeks!!
Most beautiful and classy property. Great sense of privacy with the villas a good distance from each other. Villa was well-furnished and modern. We really enjoyed meeting the animals here including the lovely dogs and horses. Foraging for our own vegetables and fruits was a nice touch. Location about 10 mins driving from the town. Owner Mr Ben Dawson was very friendly and hospitable. I hope to be back one day!
The resort is stunning, beautiful and green. Villas are spacious and have that luxurious feeling, swimming pool was absolutely amazing. Free push bikes and electric bikes at low fee were definitely a bonus.
One of the very few luxury villas on the Southwest coast of Australia with direct access to a wonderful beach, just separated by a small pedestrian path. Most other properties are separated from the beach by roads or are of an inferior standard. The property is very nicely furnished and the well appointed kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine.
The whole place and all accom is next to beach with our room max 30 m to beach access, and also very close to all facilities and car parking. All sorts of accommodation available (from beachfront villas to backpacker shared rooms). We stayed in room with shared bathroom which was fine for us. Prices ok considering that there is no alternative to this resort. Good food in restaurant and bar but no shop for food so bring it all. Animals and sights galore!
Well-appointed, comfortable, luxurious villa located within an idyllic precinct. We had unspoilt views of the lake to wake up to in the morning and still had plenty of privacy from the other villas which we forgot were even there. We will certainly be back!
Eco retreat is on a stunning beach in a very isolated area … so is absolutely pristine ! Clean and comfortable villas with gorgeous views . We also loved our sunset beach tour … beautiful views and yet another stunning beach around We also appreciate that this eco resort has been such a brilliant concept and I admire the foresight of the founder’s of this retreat in creating it with such sensitivity.
