Fairways 18 - cottage in the centre of town is a recently renovated holiday home in Batemans Bay, near Batemans Bay Marina. The property has quiet street views. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The host was absolutely wonderful! So friendly and helpful. She even left Christmas chocolates. I could not recommend this cottage more highly.

Outstanding Villas, the sound of the ocean yet all the comforts
We stayed in a premium beachfront villa and we loved our stay. We were shocked with how big the cabin was compare to many other parks this was the best equipped. Beautiful space, clean, great kitchen, wifi worked fine for us, 2 big sized bathrooms. The kids absolutely loved the gated play area and the closeness to the beach. The kangaroos and rainbow lorikeets were a bonus too, super friendly and loved coming to say hello.
We stayed in one of their premium villas. The villas are okay, had good view of Golf Course and the Valley. We ventured for a walk early morning and took some amazing pictures of sunrise and Kangaroos on the golf course. It was quiet and no partying neighbours around us. Staff were extremely nice and courteous.
Location on the coast with an amazingly large sandy beach. Villas are stand alone units with a paved parking pad right to door. Paved pathway from villas to main hotel building so you don’t have to walk on the road. Hotel restaurant had generous portions sizes & reasonable prices Open hallway vanity was nice with separate shower room & a separate toilet room. Covered outdoor patio off the living room.
We were in one of the Villas which was absolutely beautiful, looking at the ocean in between the trees. Everything was more than we expected. A very attractive Villa and tastefully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen where you could cook.
Clean modern villas and in perfect location on the beach
We loved that this place has historic significance. We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was lovely. We stayed in the Villas and they were ok. Very new and clean, but I think the hotel style rooms were nicer (our family stayed there).
The Villas are a great option for family or multiple adults travelling together. The beach, lawn and cafe area provides a great space for lounging and enjoying the spoils of the surrounding coastline and bushland. We really enjoyed the relaxed natural environment.
We got an exceptional upgrade to one of the beachfront villas which were fantastic. So much space and right on the beach front. The rooms had a beautiful view. We enjoyed it so much that we added on an extra night. I also stayed in the motel a few months previous and the room was so modern and clean. It is right on the main strip which is very handy to get too. Highly recommend both! I will be staying here anytime I go back to Jervis Bay.
Was upgraded (for a very small fee) to their beachfront villas (Husky 56) and well worth the extra payment. Located right on the beach and was fully self contained. Excellent customer service with a late checkout upon request.
