Although Balan Village is a non-smoking property, the first room we were given smelled a bit of smoke. The host apologized and upgraded us at no cost to a larger, wonderful room. No complaints.
Sparkling clean accommodation. Large living area in the two bedroom split-level. Most kitchen items provided. Near new, spacious bathroom with luxurious towels and floor mat. Plenty of TV channels on the main room TV. Easy, friendly check-in.
Very clean, comfortable, location was great (just across the Rd from Maccas, KFC, Woolworths and other shops including a Pharmacy and a great cafe where we had breakfast most mornings) Staff were very friendly and accomodating. We are a family of 5 and we weren’t cramped at all. Very handy having Chef Tony’s Chinese Restaurant on the premises, and the food was so good!!! I highly recommend Balan Village Motel!
