We (2 persons) had a wonderful stay at the villa. We loved to stay a little away from a big city. The area around there is shaped by wonderful landscape. Valentina and Victor are wonderful lovely hosts. The food was very tasty, room very clean (windows with insect screen, very nice at night while sleeping) good sized room. We would definitely stay there again!

A lot of space, very clean, helpfull staff and a beautifull terrace with view over the city! Owners were very helpfull and do all the best to give you a very pleasant stay! Breakfast was also good and more then enough , they also were very kind to our kids and had also a nice babybed!

The house is offering a lovely view and warm experience. It’s like going back in time and visiting your grandparents, who are more then happy to welcome you with open heart and delicious food. It is a hard to reach place, but the hosts are offering an opportunity to take you from Permet and then the adventure begins:) Ladi and Gani are more then welcoming and really caring to offer you the best possible experience. Visiting their place, eating all the delicious homemade food and experiencing their hospitality is totally worth it. It’s guaranteed you will have memories for life time :)

I don’t think the pictures and descriptions do this house justice. It’s beautiful with amazing views of the castle. 5mins walk from the main bazar. It’s been lovingly restored by the family. Lovely personal touches throughout the house. Everything is new and exceptionally clean. Large outside courtyard with a lovely little sunny terrace to have coffee in the morning. The family are so helpful and go over and above to help. We had fresh eggs from their hens for breakfast and a fig cake delivered still warm the next day. They were there to help start the car when the battery went flat. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

Our one-night stay at this charming mountain apartment was nothing short of excellent. Responsiveness and Communication: From the start, the host's responsiveness was top-notch. Communicating via WhatsApp, we easily arranged a late check-in, and the option to pick up the keys from a lock box added extra convenience. Apartment Amenities: The apartment was well-equipped for a short stay. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and appliances, and the washing machine was particularly useful during our trip. The space was thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and ease. Location: The location was ideal, just a 10-15 minute drive from the hot baths and the town of Permet. It’s also very close to several rafting agencies, making it perfect for adventure seekers. Additionally, there is a Bar Restaurant Alvi, just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Although we didn’t have the chance to try it ourselves, it has good reviews and offers a lovely view over the Vjose River. Parking and Outdoor Space: We appreciated the dedicated parking place. The outdoor space, with comfy poufs and a stunning mountain view, was a perfect spot for a relaxing breakfast. Before we checked out in the morning, we were warmly greeted by the host's mother. She collected the payment and even gave us some delightful gifts, adding a personal touch to our stay. Overall, the combination of responsive hosting, excellent amenities, and a prime location made this apartment a fantastic choice. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the area while enjoying a cozy and convenient home base.

The house is amazing and has a huge vegetable and fruit garden. The lady who welcomed us was extremely friendly and we even bought some homemade gliko.
