Best spot on Pattaya beach & close to where speed boats drop passengers coming from Satun. Villas are clean & spacious with good water pressure. Breakfast @ resort has western & thai/Chinese options. Everything was fresh!

We booked 3 villas and were blown away with the staff and location. The staff cannot do enough for you and do everything possible to make sure you enjoy your time. The aircon worked a dream and I would recommend this accomodation for anyone who likes to holiday on a budget. The breakky on the beach was a perfect way to start each day. Thank you to the staff of Bayview Sunset!
The rooms here are absolutely gorgeous, I highly recommend booking one of their bali villas, its worth it! I quite enjoyed being a short walk from the main walking street, however you don't want to do this walk in the midday heat, instead save it for the evening.

Beach is beautiful and there is a beach just nearby (In front of the Ten Moon Resort) in 5 minutes walk on the beach that is just incredible.
Get the room with the private pool. Its worth every penny. Insane view and this hotel has the best beach on the island!!! I swear its a dream. The view from the restaurant is breath taking. The villas are so confortable and they pay so much attention to detail. They even had staff waiting for us at the dock. They bring breakfast to your room and its just awesome.
Resort is amazing!! The pool villas are incredible with private pools and the staff were always so helpful. They drove us and picked us up from Walking Street in the day. The best resort on the island!
