There is a fully equipped kitchen, which is especially convenient for living with children. There is also a large and beautiful area with a gazebo and a trampoline for relaxation. Easy parking right in the front of the property. Just 2 or 3 kilometers from the highway and still in the nice village. Very kind and helpful host. Large room, large bathroom, large and good equipped living room / kitchenette.
Really enjoyed Hotel SATEL. I booked it last minute, as I decided to prolong my stay in the High Tatras. Being less than 20 minutes from Stary Smokovec, it was perfect value stay, avoiding the excessive prices in the mountain villages.
The room was clean and quiet with a brand new bathroom.
In the morning, the breakfast was mostly gone by the time I got there (9:30, with the breakfast finishing at 10) but the staff were extremely friendly and made some fresh eggs to order.
