The village and the house is really nicse. The house is located in a nice small village, the Tatra tram is really close and the view is beutiful. The house is big and there is more than enough space for a family. We had space to eat, to cook, to play, to sleep. There is enough space for everything.

Really enjoyed Hotel SATEL. I booked it last minute, as I decided to prolong my stay in the High Tatras. Being less than 20 minutes from Stary Smokovec, it was perfect value stay, avoiding the excessive prices in the mountain villages.
The room was clean and quiet with a brand new bathroom.
In the morning, the breakfast was mostly gone by the time I got there (9:30, with the breakfast finishing at 10) but the staff were extremely friendly and made some fresh eggs to order.
