The view is spectacular. It’s like being in Greece. The host was very friendly and helped us find a cruise on the Danube. The house itself is very clean and homey. It doesn’t have anything fancy, but you can tell it was made by the owner to live in, not just for renting. The garden was full of ripe fruit (figs, grapes, apples), peaches in front of the house. We were sorry to leave after just one night. Is worth it for a full vacation. The view alone makes me feel somewhere exotic.

I had difficulties finding a location based on the guidance from the website and map. This summer house looks lovely, but its interior space is too small in case of rainy weather. There is direct access to the Dunaj River, and you can be fishing.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
The host made sure to personally greet us at the property. He spent time with us to tour the property and give us hints on what to do in Orsova. He recommended a Danube river tour that exceeded our expectations as well.
The location of the villa is in immediate proximity to the Danube banks and close to restaurants and attractions.
Everybody in my family had a great time!
Extremely comfortable, luxuriously finished house/ room and relaxing garden with pool.
The hosts are particularly kind and helpful, and we thank them for their support.
The hosts are lovely and exceeded our expectations. They guided us and took care of things to make our stay perfect. The view on Orșova bay from the bedroom is amazing. The pool is great to spend some time to relax with the amazing view. We strongly recommend Montresor Villa!
The location is super close to the city amenities, with a view towards the Danube. The building may seem a bit shady due to the CFR halt in front, but don't be fooled by its look, the apartment is clean, modern and spotless!
Loved the little touches, like the first aid kit, the way the towels were arranged, the fact that there was coffee and still and mineral water for the guests.
Highly recommend if you plan on seeing what the Danube has to offer in the villages nearby!
The property is located in a peaceful scenery. The villas are really well built and nicely furnished. During the season, they also have a place where you can eat and enjoy the wonderful view. The bed is comfortable and the room had everything you needed ( kitchen, towels, TV). The owners are really nice people that make you feel welcomed. I really recommend this to anyone who wants to have a relaxing holiday.
