This place felt like I was walking into someone's comfortable and stylish home. It was beautiful, quiet, clean, and centrally located, and it had absolutely everything I wanted, from kitchen supplies to basics like ample shelf and cabinet space in the bathroom (I've found that so many bathrooms in rental places look lovely, but there's nowhere to put anything). It's also in a beautiful region and a short drive from the fascinating Foz Coa museum and park. I didn't meet the host, but the instructions on accessing the key were easy to follow. I couldn't recommend the Casa do Tablado more highly.

Beautiful space in a really lovely part of town, great restaurant within walking distance and spectacular scenery once you left the house. Very clean and very good use of space. Well equipped and excellent service. We would definitely recommend for a short stay (small family).

The house had everything we could possibly need. The host even left us a basket with local products, which was a great treat. The village is quite quiet (even though it was grape harvest time) and the church bell didn't bother us.

A very cozy little house. Very nice owner. She cooked dinner for us since we arrived late. Very good breakfast. The house is clean and well equiped.

What a beautiful place! Far from the crowds, with an outstanding (probably the best in the whole valley) view over the Douro River. It's a long and winding road but totally worth the effort. For us, it was an adventure of its own. The villa itself is very comfortable and very well equipped. We had a delicious breakfast including a variety of fresh fruits. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well. Thank you Rita for your warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. We would love to visit you again!
The property was absolutely beautiful. Stunning views all around, pool overlooking the villa and valley, gorgeous! Rooms were spacious, clean and very accommodating. The absolute best thing about our stay though was Rita! Truly an amazing person. Met us on the highway to guide us in as we got in after dark. She cooked an amazing breakfast spread every morning and a fabulous dinner. Could not recommend this place more, we will be back!!

Real beautiful mansion, it was like being in an Agatha Christi novel. Everything was immaculate clean and maintained. Great host and a wonderful breakfast. Absolutely recommendable.
Villa Auri was one of the highlights in our trip to Portugal.
We really enjoyed the room design and the amazing view from it.
The staff were also wonderful, welcoming and helpful with anything we asked.
The dinner we had on both nights was very good too.
