I really liked the place and the family will agree to that. I was expecting the worst case scenario . I have been unlucky with the two other accommodations we had in the Philippines especially in the cities
"The Philippine standard" Location of the place, parking, the amenities, service. These things are very important.
But with Mactan Cebu Guesthouse they exceeded it and with flying colors. The Place is clean, very comfortable bed, very accommodating. Their customer service was excellent. I appreciate y'alls effort. Keep up the good work.
P.s door knobs were hard to operate, it is normal as time goes. Just need a Lil lub.

Host is very prompt in answering all my queries. She provided me booking instruction upon confirmation of booking. I reached her thru mobile phone and she help us to easily locate the house. Its a last minute booking no problems in looking for the place with the help of the host. Also, the place is a residential community very safe and house is gated. All rooms are air conditioned and great value for Money. House is Simple but very Clean. I will come back again with my family in the future.

The host and attendant were attentive and responsive. They made our stay a great experience. We had private massage therapist come and Larry, who lives next door, was available for last minute trips to the market. The private beach access was amazing. The accomodations were very comfortable and the AC worked great.

From the moment I stepped in, it exceeded my expectations, even the owner was very responsive and I could not have asked for a better experience! It's Philippines and definitely not a hotel so I expected for what I paid and even exceeded my expectations. Been here twice and I choose to stay again on my next visit to Cebu. The comfort and taste of luxury is undeniable truth. I love the welcoming atmosphere, the hotel staff are truly hospitable and helpful. Room is spotless, the softness of the bed and pillow gave me a good night sleep. Breakfast buffet is nice, you can choose a variety of food. Location is superb, banks, food chain are nearby and no hassle of transportation too.
Topnotch service from all the staff from start to finish. Genuine warmth and attentive service. A hallmark that truly puts this property above and ahead in terms of hospitality. While the location is far from the main city center, its a peaceful retreat that provides the comfort you expect from a topnotch hotel. Their breakfast had a few suprises that you wont usually find in the usual breakfast buffet spread. Food at Blu Bar was good and their signature Tiramisu was unforgettable.
We liked that the place was a few minutes away from the beach, very quiet area too for a good night's rest. The staff and owner were pleasant, very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and very organised when we arrived. We were kindly dropped off to the nearby village by the host at the end, which was going above the call of duty. Awesome place to stay at. Would stay here again in the future.
HORRIBLE STAY and WORST ONE in my numerous hotels I have been in my world travels. I had a valid issue regarding NOISE POLLUTION and harassment of guest ringing our room doorbell and when I complained about it, management KICKS you out of the hotel. It is their MODUS OPERANDI in solving their problem. I spoke to Ms. Villacrusis and addressed the problem to her and her solution was to kick you out of the hotel. It shows an unprofessionalism in her part of solving the problem plaguing the hotel.
