Our 4days stay at Jade Villa was really memorable.The House & rooms are clean & tidy with Air condition.Kitchen is fully equipped, There's also an extra Outdoor Kitchen & Toilette which i find very practical.You can also chill & enjoy the Sunset at the Terrasse or NipaHut House while having your Dinner.Two small/kayak boat are even free to use.Kuya Larry was the Best always ready to assist from Trike to organizing Island Hopping.He even drove me to the Market. Been here twice and I choose to stay again on my next visit to Cebu. The comfort and taste of luxury is undeniable truth. I love the welcoming atmosphere, the hotel staff are truly hospitable and helpful. Room is spotless, the softness of the bed and pillow gave me a good night sleep. Breakfast buffet is nice, you can choose a variety of food. Location is superb, banks, food chain are nearby and no hassle of transportation too.
Topnotch service from all the staff from start to finish. Genuine warmth and attentive service. A hallmark that truly puts this property above and ahead in terms of hospitality. While the location is far from the main city center, its a peaceful retreat that provides the comfort you expect from a topnotch hotel. Their breakfast had a few suprises that you wont usually find in the usual breakfast buffet spread. Food at Blu Bar was good and their signature Tiramisu was unforgettable.
We liked that the place was a few minutes away from the beach, very quiet area too for a good night's rest. The staff and owner were pleasant, very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and very organised when we arrived. We were kindly dropped off to the nearby village by the host at the end, which was going above the call of duty. Awesome place to stay at. Would stay here again in the future.
HORRIBLE STAY and WORST ONE in my numerous hotels I have been in my world travels. I had a valid issue regarding NOISE POLLUTION and harassment of guest ringing our room doorbell and when I complained about it, management KICKS you out of the hotel. It is their MODUS OPERANDI in solving their problem. I spoke to Ms. Villacrusis and addressed the problem to her and her solution was to kick you out of the hotel. It shows an unprofessionalism in her part of solving the problem plaguing the hotel.
