I was upgraded to Villa. Large space with two double beds, a sofa bed, equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.
The place is in 2nd beach line, not far from the main area with bars and restaurants. Still, there were good restaurants around.
The beach is right there and the area is very quiet.
Beds were very confortable. Hot watered worked well.

We had a pleasant holiday at La Oviedo Villas, the room had a very good A/C, Smart TV, Wi-fi, and there was also a mini refrigerator. The kids enjoyed staying at the patio area!
And we liked that the place has a fully equipped kitchen. The beach was very near, and there are many small stores at the entrance of the hotel, we bought there just snacks, because there is free drinking water provided by the hotel.
It’s a nice place, especially for families.
Our stay at One Hagdan Villa was amazing. We had the best time to relax and chill by our private pool for the remaining days of our Philippines trip. All the staff was so helpful and welcoming. The welcoming ritual they done at the start of our arrival was really unexpected but lovely experience to remember. A big shout out to Marie and Migue, who were so attentive during our stay. The villa was clean and was exactly like the photos and description. Would highly recommend!
This is the perfect beachfront hotel. Located on the quieter end on the beach at Station 3, Villa Caemilla offers the most beautiful setting for a relaxing holiday. We just returned to Australia after a 2 week stay here and loved every minute. The staff were all amazing and went out to their way to make our stay special. The rooms are lovely and comfortable and you are steps away for the white sand beach and aqua ocean. The sunsets are magical too. I adore Villa Caemilla and the team of brilliant staff. We will be back.
Very good hotel service, everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Very spacious villas, peace and quiet everywhere. WiFi is very good, but you may have problems with the SIM card range. We extended our stay for another two nights.
The hotel is like an oasis in the busy street of Boracay. very calming environment coz of the many plants surrounding the huts/ and villas. Also very clean!
The staff were very helpful especially the manager Ms.Regala who helped me with my documents, (printed/scanned) I find also the night receptionist commendable for making a good decision not to wake us up in connection with the wrong pick up time from SouthWest Tours.! In short, highly recommended to stay in Boracay!

Beautifully Styled Villas with woodwork surrounded by lush green plantations. The food they served was sumptuous well presented and very courteous staff.
