Having the whole house was great, the rooftop was very nice. The accommodations, bedding, bathrooms, 3 bedrooms were all great. Fati was excellent and a great help!
Edwige et Christophe were incredibly helpful and responsive - helping arrange tours, transfer from train and airport, and answering our questions! Fati who handles breakfast and onsite needs was superb! Very caring, helpful, and a great cook! The location right in the middle of everything was also fantastic. A little unnerving at first being in the middle of the winding roads in Fes Al Bali, but take a tour the first day to get familiar with the place and then it’s easy to get around. The people all over are so warm and welcoming, and helpful when they notice a foreigner is lost. We had many people point us in the right direction, some even walked us to where we wanted to go.

This wasn't our 1st time in Fes, but it was our 1st traveling to Morocco with our girls. We were in search of an entire home (riads and small children don't always mix well) and Dar Chez Khadija proved to be just what we needed. Pim arranged a quick and easy pick-up from the Fes train station for us, and Yassine was waiting to escort us to the property immediately. Yassine was incredible; so friendly, helpful and respectful -- and our daughters absolutely loved him! Pim was a great host; he messaged periodically to make sure everything was going well, and we felt very taken care of. The home itself is beautiful; very spacious for a family of 4, with great decor and a nice, spacious terrace. The stairs are definitely steep, but didn't prove a problem for us. The heaters in each bedroom kept things cozy during cold nights, and we really appreciated the washing machine and ample detergent. We were surprised by how comfortable we quickly became in the neighborhood and can easily see ourselves returning to the Dar again someday.

The place is not really a riad - its a luxurious villa, with lovely cozy and private rooms. The staff is super attentive and will do everything to make you feel comfortable. Generouse and delicious breakfast and dinner. Convinient place if you have a car to park.

Owned by a lovely couple and their children. Always very happy to help, give advice and solve any problem.
They even drove us into town a few times !
The next best thing is the setting. So the place is a big olive farm with a few villas in it and a mini resort.
It has a children's playground with swings, roundabout, basketball. It has a football pitch. It has 3 swimming pools, one is women only and one is for kids. it even has animals like geese and peacocks.
