The property is absolutely gorgeous. When you enter from the main door you find yourself in front of a big clean pool, surrounded by a curated big garden with palm trees and beach view. You are literally on the beach where nobody walks by, but some local fishermen. The bedrooms are very big, with each it’s own big bathroom. Also, for the whole stay we had a great local butler who stayed at the villa and was always ready to help. He made us breakfast every day. He drove us to do groceries and cooked lunch for us. He booked us restaurants and arranged taxis when we asked for it. Including two masseuses who came to the villa to massage us. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and we wished we stayed longer 🙏

Would give 11 stars from 10 if it would be possible. Probably one of the best stays that we had in our lifes. Great place, the most luxurious experience in sri lanka. We had the villa for our selfs as it seems it was just the end of off season. The whole place is absolutley beutifull, the staff is extremly friendly and professional (thank you!). My stay here was short. Of course the garden exceeds all conceivable expectations. This is probably the greenest place I've seen on my travel in Sri Lanka)) Photos fully correspond to reality and even more beautiful in reality because of many very unique handmade design solutions. A little rain didn't bother me at later evening and they kindly provided me with an umbrella for free for walking, that was a nice gesture. Breakfast was served hot and on time. Beautiful serving on a handmade tray. Very tasty tea by the way. Satiety felt normal. At tmy request, they assisted me in transferring by tuk-tuk to Tangalle and they saw me off very touchingly. Thanks for all.

The villa and pool is stunning with great view of ocean. There is a cook and housekeeper available. We took them food shopping and they cooked us the most amazing Sri Lanka seafood curry's and breakfast.
Lovely villa with spacious bedrooms and a nice living room and terrace facing the pool and the garden. Very convenient with kids. The beach is almost all yours and pretty but the waves are huge so young kids cannot swim by themselves.
Location is remote which is good and bad (beautiful nature but a bit far away from places to visit - except Udawalawe Park and Mulkirigala temple which are easy to reach and both amazing to visit).
Philip and Dushantha are very nice and were adorable with the kids.
It's a very quiet place near the beach. There is a nice pond with small fish and a few turtles. It's a good place for a family vocation. The owner of the villa can cook for you.
