The villas are very nice, cozy and clean. The entire property looks amazing, very well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we had breakfast and dinner on our own terrace, they even helped us with the laundry, free of charge, because the service at the hotel they usually work with was not available at that moment.

The house is very big, plenty of space to relax or spend time together, large bedrooms, each with own bathroom. Great location - very quiet, in the hills, not too far from Kandy. The owner Nihal met us at a point when we lost our way and Nilanthi, Nihal's wife met us at the villa and gave us a very warm welcome. Both Nilanthi and Nihal are excellent hosts as they provided us with everything we needed and always enquired of our needs. Nilanthi even helped me a great deal to organise a lunch party to my relatives. We parted as friends and we will definitely stay at Villa Kresilda on our next visit to Gampola. Loved the Garden and outdoor dining.

What a place! Once you get up there you'll be rewarded with the most amazing view up in the mountains, fresh air, and a relaxing swim in the pool. It's so calm, that you'll forget about all the bustle that stays behind just a few km away. The best place for both the sunrise and the sunset. And, of course, the room and the villa itself were very comfortable. The hosts were also very welcoming.
We only stayed one night at this Villa but would come back! The owner greeted us with some home made fruit drinks and let us use the room to put our baby to sleep even though it wasn't 100% ready yet. Very nice people and comfortable house with very big rooms!
The villa is truly amazing, and together with the kind and helpful staff, it makes you wonder why you didn't book this place any longer. The view on the river and waterfall redefines "relaxation"
We loved the location, it's on a hill and you can see the river below. There is plenty of space inside and outside the villa. We had an amazing tour of the land surrounding the villa and it was nice to see how people work and live there. The team took very good care of us and made sure we had the best time there. The food was truly amazing, a great expiriance of Sri Lankan national dishes. We will definitely be coming back.
