Air conditioning, mosquito netting on windows, excellent kitchen utilities, Chromecast for tv with wifi so the children could watch shows etc, clean comfortable beds. How secure the property was. Excellent hairdryer!! A nice surprise. How accommodating pierpaolo and his family were. Just a lovely stay, honestly enjoyed it. Location is just beautiful.

This is a spacious, beautifully-decorated home with a large garden. Comfortable beds, quiet, a very functional kitchen (watch your head in the kitchen - "low bridge" like many traditional borghi homes), The host family was extremely helpful - meeting us when we arrived in Vicalvi, leading us to the home, offering to help carry luggage, helping us navigate the narrow streets, and providing us a wonderful fresh-baked cake for our breakfasts.
If we could give Il Falconiere a rating of 11, or 15, or 20, we would! We had booked Il Falconiere at the last minute, as replacement for another villa which wasn't working out, and it turned out to be the best stay of our trip to Italy. My wife's first comment on arrival was "This place is *fantastic*!!".

This is a very beautiful recently redone apartment. It is very clean and attractive and the views over San Donato Val Di Comino are amazing! It is very aptly named - La Finestra Sui Tetti - The Window on the roofs. You can see down across the town and out into the valley. It is very convenient to the main thoroughfare of San Donato and very close to an amazing bakery and spots to sit and have an aperitivo or caffe.

Place is lovely with room of good size & within minutes to village centre (but very quite!).

Free parking on the road is very convenient
It's right at the edge of the village, on a quiet side. But you're just 5-10 minutes walking to the centre.
The room was big and airy, plenty of space to move around. Bathroom is not that big but it's ok.
We had a little dog with us, and the b&b is pet friendly.
My travel companion also has gluten intolerance and our host baked a homemade gluten free cake just for her, that was really sweet and important to people with special intolerances.
We loved our stay in Dulcamara, and we hope to be back soon!
