Great location, half an hour outside of Rome, many small towns and Lake Bracciano nearby.
The house is big, we were two families and everyone had space. The pool and garden were great and the kitchen had everything we needed.

This villa is so beautiful and comfortable to stay. If you want to relax and enjoy the nature around the Rome, this is the place. This place is very clean and beautifully landscaped and designed. The host, Giorgio and his family were absolutely incredible people. They accommodated all the needs and were extremely helpful to maximize our joy while staying. Our stay was a very memorable.

The location is a short walk into Formello which is a lovely little village. I recommend L’inverno restaurant and Bar Centrale.

Claudio and Valentino couldn't do enough for us, including picking us up and brining us to the property, as there was a bus strike on our day of arrival.
The two of them were very friendly and helpful and Francesca followed up the next day to ensure everything was satisfactory.
The apartment is in the old part of Formello and is close to some very good restaurants.
The apartment itself is decorated nicely and it was lovely to stay there.
Our bedroom had a small balcony looking over the older houses in the village.
the apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable staying. Clean, furnished with style, nice location, near very good restaurants. The village of Formello was a nice surprise.
