Host was really nice and met us at an early hour than our check in, to give us the key.
Also when we needed blankets he provided them right away.

This is a great apartment to stay near Rome. Filippo is a great host who responded to our requests and in particular suggested a great parking lot in the center of Rome. The accommodation contains everything necessary for a full stay there for several days or more.
I really liked the comfortable bed, the possibility to park on the private territory of the property.

Claudio and Valentino couldn't do enough for us, including picking us up and brining us to the property, as there was a bus strike on our day of arrival.
The two of them were very friendly and helpful and Francesca followed up the next day to ensure everything was satisfactory.
The apartment is in the old part of Formello and is close to some very good restaurants.
The apartment itself is decorated nicely and it was lovely to stay there.
Our bedroom had a small balcony looking over the older houses in the village.
the apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable staying. Clean, furnished with style, nice location, near very good restaurants. The village of Formello was a nice surprise.
