Little late to share the reviews of this mesmerising property with astonishing view. Mr. Praveen's (Owner) hospitality was so good and helpful throughout our stay. Coming to the property, it has two bedrooms with living area which were neat and clean with an astonishing garden view from the balcony. On top, it has an attic room with double bed too. This property can easily accommodate a group of 9 to 10 and it will be a fun-blast to stay out over here with friends and family. Other highlights include wifi, barbeque facilities, full-fledged kitchen, UPS, RO filtered water system, indore games. They also provide camp-fire facilities on request. The property is located in vythiri which is close to many tourist attractions in wayanad. Care-takers were also there in case of any help needed. I would surely recommend this property to whoever wants to stay in wayanad. Stay here and get peace of mind for sure😊.

I had an amazing time with my family here at tree6. The food was amazing. We had a clean pool area and play area and we enjoyed playing badminton there. It's an amazing place to relax with your loved ones. Will definitely book this place next time I visit Wayanad.

It is an amazing villa, like a dream home for us. We stayed indoors sometimes and enjoyed movie for a rainy day. Private place with a connect to a nature and view from the glass windows is sucha vibe and more day light inside gives a glass house feel, accessible to finest restaurants and some adventure sports nearby that we tried were rejunevating. Set in a lush coffee plantation, the holiday villas were very spacious with a lovely balcony. Breakfast came with the room and we ate at the Homestay each evening. The food was traditional. tasty, varied and plentiful.
The staff could not have been more helpful and Adarsh went to great lengths to make sure we had everything we needed. He also organised both a taxi driver, Shameer was the best, a rickshaw driver/guide, thank you Shaijal, and a guide who took us to the top of the hill overlooking the plantation, on our last evening.
Shameful. I booked Tea terain 23rd of oct 2023 from thrissur. When i reached there 5PM, but they changed my booking to another person by bargaining more money we searched all the villas but no in vain. I came back home after a long drive and reached 4am in the morning and also toomuch block in churam. I feel pity on you. Better to close it, donot cheat the visiters.
The location is just extravagant. In the middle of nature where the river Kabini just flows beside this property. Nicely maintained villas with all basic amnesties but don’t expect hotel like stuff. Carry your soap and toothpaste along.
The caretaker Mr. Babu is a an old man who is very helpful and makes sure everything is fine.
