Set in a lush coffee plantation, the holiday villas were very spacious with a lovely balcony. Breakfast came with the room and we ate at the Homestay each evening. The food was traditional. tasty, varied and plentiful.
The staff could not have been more helpful and Adarsh went to great lengths to make sure we had everything we needed. He also organised both a taxi driver, Shameer was the best, a rickshaw driver/guide, thank you Shaijal, and a guide who took us to the top of the hill overlooking the plantation, on our last evening.
Shameful. I booked Tea terain 23rd of oct 2023 from thrissur. When i reached there 5PM, but they changed my booking to another person by bargaining more money we searched all the villas but no in vain. I came back home after a long drive and reached 4am in the morning and also toomuch block in churam. I feel pity on you. Better to close it, donot cheat the visiters.
The location is just extravagant. In the middle of nature where the river Kabini just flows beside this property. Nicely maintained villas with all basic amnesties but don’t expect hotel like stuff. Carry your soap and toothpaste along.
The caretaker Mr. Babu is a an old man who is very helpful and makes sure everything is fine.
1. The property is exactly as shown in the photos. It is within the tea farms. The view is very nice.
2. The staff and service was also above average. Siran Das, one of the staff members, has been very helpful.
