Villas in Troulos

We recently spent an unforgettable time in this beautiful house situated on a hill surrounded by olive groves, yet so close to the center of Skiathos. The combination of the natural environment and the proximity to all amenities makes this location truly unique.The house is extremely comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The views from the terrace are spectacular. A special commendation goes to the owner of the house. Incredibly kind and always ready to help, she made our stay even more special. Her hospitality and willingness to answer all our questions and needs were outstanding. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and warm hospitality. We will definitely be back!

The house is very spacious and close to the center. You have all that you need in the house including robes, slippers, amenities and an equipped kitchen. The bed is very comfortable and the owners are very helpful with any requirements or help you might need They were particularly helpful with us during storm Daniel so you would be in very good hands. Would come back in a heartbeat

We liked having the full kitchen with a clothes washer, the private pool and wonderful view! It was also very convenient to dining, shopping and gorgeous beaches!

An amazing villa in a fabulous position. Even better than the photos. Close to some really super bars and restaurants. Christos was there to meet us even though it was late and our flight was delayed.

The house is placed on a countryside area and many parts of the island are like that. So coming from town, the asphalt stops at one point, but it is no problem reaching the destination. The property is great, with a few places to sit outside and plenty of space inside, we can consider it actually as two separate houses one on top of the other, each with one bedroom, one living room, kitchen and bathroom. The entrances are completely separate and there is no relation (communication) between the two through the inside. The top house has got a wide terrace facing the sea and the morning sun. In the top house there is something like a very small attic where 2 beds are installed, but the acces is on a removable ladder and the available height is there very limited. It can be used by children, but not too little I would say, thinking of safety reasons climbing up and down the ladder... Each living room had at least one sofa bed, we didn't try them, as we were 4 persons, but they looked reliable. Inside we could find small details in decorations quite interesting, For example, there was an old time small reading bed next to the window... Around the house we could find another terrace next to a barbeque place. The top kitchen had a dishwashing machine, the bottom bathroom had a laundry washing machine. As more then half of our stay was during the Daniel Storm, at least one complete day we spent in the villa, and we didn't feel anything missing. We cooked, ate... etc. In the same time the Skiathos town faced floods, electricity blackouts, but we had no problems, except the WIFI disappeared when the storm intensified and never came back.
