The house is in the countryside, in a quiet and relaxing location, perfect for a family: children may play in the garden, where there are four nice colorful hammocks, some nice trees, a rooster and two hens. In the garden, close to the kitchen, there is also a nice wide patio where you can have breakfast and relax on a sofa.
I was positively surprised by the care that the owner placed in all the details: the house was decorated with several nice little statues of frogs and a big nice frog was painted at the entrance of the house.
No need of air conditioning, as - though we stayed there in mid August - in the house we could enjoy a good temperature and a bit of wind.
The house was equipped with any comfort, a perfect mix between the comfort of a hotel (bathrobes, shampoos, bedroom slippers, etc.) and the comfort of a house (kitchen tools, washing machine detergent, etc.).
Everything was clean and new.
Walking just five-ten minutes we could get to small supermarkets and to the bus line that connects the port and several beaches.
I strongly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is perfect – super central, just 2-3 minutes away from the harbor. It’s right in the heart of the town, so you can get anywhere quickly. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. They even picked us up at the harbor and showed us the way to the apartment.
The apartment itself is spacious, with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a lovely terrace. It had everything we needed, and the hosts checked in frequently to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. They also allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment until the afternoon after checkout, which was very convenient.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

The location was great, with everything close to hand. The host changed the towels and offered to change the bedding.

Villa Nefeli is definitely a game changer! The host is responsive, and attentive and communicative. They offer so many amenities! One of the best properties we've ever stayed at! We travel to Skiathos several times a year and Villa Nefeli is one of the top villas we have rented. The lounge area around the property were perfect for our group. The views are unmatched and the bedrooms are well-appointed and extremely comfortable. We will definitely return! Everywhere, the villas, the pool area and the whole site was spotlessly clean. The host was helpful without being overbearing. It was only a short walk to the bakery, a little supermarket and a good choice of bars and restaurants. The Troulos beach is nice, with a few restaurants but we also liked Maratha beach which was a bit quieter.
