The house is placed on a countryside area and many parts of the island are like that. So coming from town, the asphalt stops at one point, but it is no problem reaching the destination.
The property is great, with a few places to sit outside and plenty of space inside, we can consider it actually as two separate houses one on top of the other, each with one bedroom, one living room, kitchen and bathroom. The entrances are completely separate and there is no relation (communication) between the two through the inside. The top house has got a wide terrace facing the sea and the morning sun. In the top house there is something like a very small attic where 2 beds are installed, but the acces is on a removable ladder and the available height is there very limited. It can be used by children, but not too little I would say, thinking of safety reasons climbing up and down the ladder... Each living room had at least one sofa bed, we didn't try them, as we were 4 persons, but they looked reliable. Inside we could find small details in decorations quite interesting, For example, there was an old time small reading bed next to the window...
Around the house we could find another terrace next to a barbeque place. The top kitchen had a dishwashing machine, the bottom bathroom had a laundry washing machine.
As more then half of our stay was during the Daniel Storm, at least one complete day we spent in the villa, and we didn't feel anything missing. We cooked, ate... etc. In the same time the Skiathos town faced floods, electricity blackouts, but we had no problems, except the WIFI disappeared when the storm intensified and never came back.

We recently spent an unforgettable time in this beautiful house situated on a hill surrounded by olive groves, yet so close to the center of Skiathos. The combination of the natural environment and the proximity to all amenities makes this location truly unique.The house is extremely comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The views from the terrace are spectacular.
A special commendation goes to the owner of the house. Incredibly kind and always ready to help, she made our stay even more special. Her hospitality and willingness to answer all our questions and needs were outstanding.

The view of the town and the airport, the pool was nice, air conditioning is available in all rooms, the staff was more than accommodating and helped book dinner reservations, about a 20-25 min walk into town

Penelope is really kind, take care of her guests like a lovely grandmother. If you need something she has the solution and information as well. The villa is clean, well equipped and comfortable. I recommend it everyone who wants a relaxing and smooth holiday in Skiathos.
The Villa was beautiful, clean and had all the essentials available. Alex was there to greet us and show us the property. Villa was in a great location, walking distance to beaches, market, great restaurants and also the bus stop to go into town or other beaches further away.
The place itself is really nice, the location is great, (not directly in the center but very close to it) with small beaches in just a few hundred meters. The view is amazing to the sea. The staff is super friendly. The atmoshphere is realixing, quiet, clean and minimal. The restaurant of the Villa has great kitchen - plus the breakfast is a big plus! I’m looking forward to come back again sometime! 🫶🏻
We just had a wonderful stay at Villa Anna and we are so pleased with everything. Villa Anna is perfectly located with a fantastic view overlooking the sea and with a very personal and relaxing feeling.
The apartment was nice decorated and perfectly cleaned everyday. Warm welcoming from our so nice host Ioanna who gave us a nice time with very interesting and helpful information about the island and Villa Anna.

Perfect stay. Eleni gave us a free upgrade on arrival to a huge suite with private pool. Breakfast was great with amazing coffee. The hotel manager even gave us a lift into town to get the ferry at the end of our stay.
Upon arriving we were very warmly greeted by Eleni who immediately made the place feel like home.
We were very pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, the balcony with yacuzzi, the view from the balcony,….All of it gave a feeling of luxury.
We felt we got more then what we paid for. Great experience!
My sister and I had a lovely 4 night break at Avaton Suites & Villas at the start of the season. Within walking distance of both the beach & town, surrounded by beautiful olive groves. A peaceful oasis! Eleni and her team were so attentive, they made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. Always checking we were having a good time and that we had everything we needed. Eleni was so cheerful and helpful - we really appreciated her level of customer service.
The most service minded host, amazing views and the studio was better than expected. Close to both beach and city. Clean and well kept. We got lots of help and useful advice regarding car rent, shops, restaurants etc. Really comfortable beds and great cleaning daily.
We highly recommend Villa Anna as long as you can handle some stairs and we would definitely stay there again if come back to Skiathos😃
Amazing accommodation with a spectacular view. The villa is surrounded by a very arranged garden. Our host Karen was very helpful, gave us lots of information about Skiathos and made our stay very enjoyable.
