The location was great, with everything close to hand. The host changed the towels and offered to change the bedding.

The house is in the countryside, in a quiet and relaxing location, perfect for a family: children may play in the garden, where there are four nice colorful hammocks, some nice trees, a rooster and two hens. In the garden, close to the kitchen, there is also a nice wide patio where you can have breakfast and relax on a sofa.
I was positively surprised by the care that the owner placed in all the details: the house was decorated with several nice little statues of frogs and a big nice frog was painted at the entrance of the house.
No need of air conditioning, as - though we stayed there in mid August - in the house we could enjoy a good temperature and a bit of wind.
The house was equipped with any comfort, a perfect mix between the comfort of a hotel (bathrobes, shampoos, bedroom slippers, etc.) and the comfort of a house (kitchen tools, washing machine detergent, etc.).
Everything was clean and new.
Walking just five-ten minutes we could get to small supermarkets and to the bus line that connects the port and several beaches.
I strongly recommend it.

Lovely beachfront hotel. I was impressed by the hospitality of the family who run the hotel and all their efforts to make every guest feel great. The room was spotless, recently renovated according to high standards and cleaned every day. The beach is just a few meters away. The hotel has a nice beach bar where breakfast is served as well as lunch and refreshments during the day. Skiathos town is 15 minutes away on foot but it can be reached also by bus (bus stop is close to the hotel). Lovely hotel.
Penelope is really kind, take care of her guests like a lovely grandmother. If you need something she has the solution and information as well. The villa is clean, well equipped and comfortable. I recommend it everyone who wants a relaxing and smooth holiday in Skiathos.
The Villa was beautiful, clean and had all the essentials available. Alex was there to greet us and show us the property. Villa was in a great location, walking distance to beaches, market, great restaurants and also the bus stop to go into town or other beaches further away.
The place itself is really nice, the location is great, (not directly in the center but very close to it) with small beaches in just a few hundred meters. The view is amazing to the sea. The staff is super friendly. The atmoshphere is realixing, quiet, clean and minimal. The restaurant of the Villa has great kitchen - plus the breakfast is a big plus! I’m looking forward to come back again sometime! 🫶🏻
We just had a wonderful stay at Villa Anna and we are so pleased with everything. Villa Anna is perfectly located with a fantastic view overlooking the sea and with a very personal and relaxing feeling.
The apartment was nice decorated and perfectly cleaned everyday. Warm welcoming from our so nice host Ioanna who gave us a nice time with very interesting and helpful information about the island and Villa Anna.

My sister and I had a lovely 4 night break at Avaton Suites & Villas at the start of the season. Within walking distance of both the beach & town, surrounded by beautiful olive groves. A peaceful oasis! Eleni and her team were so attentive, they made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. Always checking we were having a good time and that we had everything we needed. Eleni was so cheerful and helpful - we really appreciated her level of customer service.
Beautiful location with stunning sea views. Situated on a hill overlooking the local beach which was a pleasant 10 minute walk away.
A brand new complex built to a very high standard around a central pool/ bar area.
We stayed in the villa which was really spacious with accommodation across three levels. Outdoors was a large terrace with a lovely private pool with sea views. The villa was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean.
The staff were excellent, couldn’t do enough for us.
