It's a very nice and comfortable villa in a quiet place. Seven minutes walk to the sea. There are shops, restaurants and cafe with ice cream near villa. Nick is a friendly host. We will be happy to come back here again.

A lovely 11 days stay in a spacious villa with plenty of facilities and very clean. Michalis is a fabulous host, visiting every day to empty bins, clean the pool and answer any questions (and equally happy to not visit if you don't need him). He's also always available on WhatsApp for any questions.
Finding homemade Pasticcio cooked and ready for us on arrival was very welcome after travelling. As was finding the fridge well stocked with essentials for our first day...so no rushing to the supermarket on arrival.
The villa is excellent...spacious, very clean, well supplied in all respects whether it is towels or sun loungers. The dishwasher and washing machine really helped.
The town is a short walk away (along or across a busy road) and take a torch in the evenings if you will walk home (Michalis kindly provides one). Or take a taxi for 5 or 6 €. All the taxi companies are good, and book your transfer from the airport direct with them as cheaper than airport taxi transfer.
If you hire a car, hire in the town after arrival, not from the airport....its MUCH cheaper.

The owner Maria met us at the property and she had even prepared us some food on a late arrival which was most welcome! Also her husband Georgos helped us with the luggage which was very helpful.

Everything was perfect. The villa is extremely well equipped, and the setting is beautiful. We travelled with our 1.5 year old and the owner kindly left us a baby gate and inflatables for the pool. There are also games etc. Highly recommend this place if you have children. There are two great restaurants just a few min walk away. There isn't much else around, so best to stay here if you'll have a car.

I want to leave a review here, as we REALLY LIKED our vacation here. A family with three children rested for a week. The apartment is spacious, new, with two terraces and a swimming pool. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and even more: complimentary wine and water, snow-white bed sheets and towels, dishes, washing machine, dishwasher. Even such small things as salt, sugar, tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher, board games. Each room has air conditioning and a TV. A sandy beach and a freshwater lake are a five-minute drive away. The location is good if you have a car. A very pleasant host who helped in all matters. We were lucky to find this lovely place and recommend it. :)

Beautiful villa in lovely rustic and traditional village. Close (walkable) to village centre and shops and restaurants. Fantastic sea view and wonderful private pool. Host accommodating, easily contactable before and during stay, helpful and informative.
What a wonderful base to explore the surrounding area (and not far for day trips into Chania and Rethymo, also the south coast) and importantly enjoy the little villages of the immediate area. The house views are divine and such a delight to just sit and enjoy morning and evening. Very comfortable home and could have easily stayed for another week or two… thank you!!
Large pool good for adults (1.65m at shallow end) and its orientation was great for both sun/shade throughout the day. In a proper Greek village away from tourist beaches with a good selection of tavernas/cafes/restaurants within 10km
The views were amazing, the Villa had everything anyone could need (all mod cons), modern facilities, comfy beds, a wonderful pool and pool area … Everything for an amazing stay. Wonderful apartment in a nice little village. Just a minute away from the village centre with grocers, a cafe, restaurant, and children's playground. The host was very nice, welcomed us with a basket of fresh eggs, and a parting bag of goodies for our little one.
The apartment itself is very clean and spacious, with a beautiful balcony ready with a table and chairs. The location is also a short drive away from other villages and the sea. You can also use this as a base to visit nearby cities.
Very comfortable downstairs apartment in a beautiful part of Crete. We were welcomed by the very friendly hostess, with a lovely home-made cake who briefly showed us around the apt. Very complete kitchen, including self produced olive oil and raki, eggs in the fridge, coffee, tea & bread. Two small terraces, very nice views. Great base for trips to beach, villages and towns. A couple of places to eat in the village.
