The house is big and comfortable for a large group of people. We have been staying as a group of 7 and everybody had enough space. There is everything that you might need, including towels, bed sheets and cutlery.
The owner and the neighbor were super helpful and accommodated our every need. We enjoyed staying here a great deal!

Let us start by saying that the location is great. Right on the beach. And the rooms are spacious and - at first glance - seem luxurious. Also, there is a Cinderella type girl - the only one who speaks a little English - who seems to do all the work and is very sweet. Unfortunately she was bossed around during the sparse moments that the owner(?) was there.
The host is a great and responsive person who suggested us a better room and shared useful reccommendation on local things to do. The villa is nice but the most amazing thing is its location. It's on the sea cost with a private beach.
The friendliness of the people was incredible. The sea it’s at 200 m from the guest house, the local bakery at 5 meters from the property and so good! A shop at your reach within 60m 24/7 and the owners have their own chickens and vegetables from their garden and we paid them some money for eggs and some vegetables. So good! Very lovely people and in a traditional Georgian village with the kindest people. Loved it
The locations is great, the hosts are quite nice, the beach is not crowded. The bar by the Villa plays nice music. The breakfast is basic, but quite good.
