Location was a two minute walk to a sandy beach so very easy and convenient. There were three bedrooms that could easily sleep 4 people each plus two bathrooms so there was plenty of space for our group. The kitchen was big and had everything to prepare our simple meals and it opens to the outside area which was so nice! I really liked the large terrace upstairs which made a great place to work from. The hosts were very attentive and we thank them for a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our time in Sesil. the house is very practical with many options to hang clothes and put your things, even a small closet! it’s cosy and has 3 air conditioners. the kitchen is very well equipped, and the garden is simply magnificent with comfortable street furniture, a big umbrella and beats banana trees. we also found an umbrella for the beach and a handy beach mat. It was our 3rd time in Kaprovani and the best stay. we would definitely be back and recommend it highly.

Let us start by saying that the location is great. Right on the beach. And the rooms are spacious and - at first glance - seem luxurious. Also, there is a Cinderella type girl - the only one who speaks a little English - who seems to do all the work and is very sweet. Unfortunately she was bossed around during the sparse moments that the owner(?) was there.
The host is a great and responsive person who suggested us a better room and shared useful reccommendation on local things to do. The villa is nice but the most amazing thing is its location. It's on the sea cost with a private beach.
The friendliness of the people was incredible. The sea it’s at 200 m from the guest house, the local bakery at 5 meters from the property and so good! A shop at your reach within 60m 24/7 and the owners have their own chickens and vegetables from their garden and we paid them some money for eggs and some vegetables. So good! Very lovely people and in a traditional Georgian village with the kindest people. Loved it
The locations is great, the hosts are quite nice, the beach is not crowded. The bar by the Villa plays nice music. The breakfast is basic, but quite good.
