The house was very well designed, had lots of storage space and was really clean. All bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms, which was brilliant. The welcome hamper was...welcome. Location was perfect, right in the town.The electric charging point next to the house was a bonus.

A+++++++++ Bed & Breakfast

Clean and tidy room
Fantastic breakfast
Great swimming pool
Not to forget the Lovely dog Captain who my daughter wanted to bring home.
Thank you so much for making are stay in your lovely village so nice.
Di was a friendly, bubbly host and I was in a cosy, quiet attic room overlooking the pretty, peaceful village. I loved the old stone building we were in and its location in the heart of town. The breakfasts were amazing and abundant and the heated indoor swimming pool was a huge bonus for me, although for health and safety reasons you must always swim with at least one other person. Luckily I was visiting a friend in Hay, so we always went together. I would definitely come back here to stay in the attic room again.
How it was organised, staff were really friendly and would boil water at the reception tent if you needed to or charge your phones.
The Luxury Yurt was just enough space I would not have like to have been in a smaller yurt.
The Shower blocks and toilets were well cleaned and stocked up with toilet roll etc
How close it was to Hay itself was a short walk into the town.
Coop is literally across the road from the site
Barry and Irene could not have been more welcoming! I loved the tiny woodburning stove (it wasn't cold enough to try it though), the great design of the retreat hut and the meadow full of buttercups – a beautiful place to have breakfast. On that note, breakfast is a cook-it-yourself affair, but everything is provided and excellent quality. A very peaceful, comfortable stay all in all with total privacy. I highly recommend.
Great setting, and excellent location to the village as well as to the festival. The tents were spacious, the 'service' tent for hot drinks, breakfast and eve bar was great, the facilities surprisingly good having a pampering tent with mirrors, hair driers and straighteners, and toilets and showers proper and kept very clean. Also the owners are lovely and accommodating, and very responsive by text even during our stay at late hours. Gorgeous view, really can't fault the set up and space and people.
Nice yurts, we stayed in a luxury model and it had a power socket with electic lights. The bed was firm, but comfortable. There were a couple of seats and tables, but that was about it. The showers and toilets were good quality (for festival amenities).
