Greeted by Donna on arrival who had the house already warm and toasty for us, house was beautiful and so comfy but on the other reviews not enough is said about the hot tub, not your typical cheap Airbnb hottub, very spacious and plenty of room for the five of us. Will definetly be back again

No privacy spyed threw out the night on a ring camera! Then also we had a bbq which left a burn mark on a bench which already had 2/3 burn marks on it!
So they charged us an extra 100£, the. The girl went on to threaten us as she is a solicitor!

A beautiful refurbished high-spec. self-contained cottage. Excellent value for money. A really perfect location. Easy to drive to the centre of Derry City within 25 minutes. Located in a lovely old demense with access to a large garden. Wish I had been able to stay longer.

We are just back from a nights stay, the lodge was spotless and had everything you needed. Lovely wee personal touches of complimentary Prosseco and marshmallows for the kids for toasting outdoors. The hot tub was amazing! Ian and Gillian were lovely hosts and even went above and beyond getting items back to us that we left behind!

The location was perfect as we had appointment in Kingsbridge so a short journey after surgery. The house was cosy and easy to heat. The beds are comfortable. As a small town house it met our needs and I would certainly book it again.

The best accommodation I’ve stayed in! You can tell so much thought and effort has been put into the place and it all feels so luxurious and comfortable. So much accommodation nowadays tries to get away with the bare minimum whereas this place goes above and beyond while remaining very reasonably priced. Can’t recommend enough!
I had the whole house to myself, luxury. I was in the top apartment, and had sole use of the kitchen. The hosts had supplied eggs, bread, coffee, what more could I need? Oh yes, a chip shop and a Chinese takeaway, both directly across the road. Perfect.
The resort is easy to find and well signposted. the cabin was very spacious and clean. I liked the option to order takeaway direct to the door and breakfast was also delivered to our cabin. A true rural retreat!
The best thing about the "Pod" was the little deck just in front of the room with a little table and two chairs, overlooking the river. But you can't sit outside when it is raining, so we had breakfast sitting on the sofa with the plates on our knees (I preferred standing). I wouldn't call that luxurious.
