Very friendly host and accommodating to needs. We made a mistake on the booking for 2 and we show up as a family. They offered extra bed sheets , set up the sofa bed and extra towels. The place was exactly as description. It’s a brand new home built at the backyard of their home. Cozy and had everything you would need.

The Shepherd's hut was so cosy. I LOVED the smell from all the gorgeous oak.
It was a little bit of an effort to climb onto the bed but wow, it was extremely comfortable. A lovely bed.
There's everything you need for two.
The finish on everything was beautiful - linen curtains and a lovely little bathroom.
It was a lovely, kind and thoughtful touch, to provide some Free from treats (two little chocolate bars and a packet of biscuits) as I'd mentioned my husband (whose birthday it was) is lactose intolerant and I am gluten intolerant.
The hub/games area seemed to have lots in though we only stayed so briefly we didn't need it.

The townhouse was beautiful the pictures though good do not do it proper justice! It rained for most of our stay so we were not able to enjoy the terrace but it is nicely decorated and welcoming. We did not need the air conditioning due to the cooler temperatures and the rain. There are fans that were available but we only used them at night on the lowest setting. Valerie was great and prompt with responses when we had question. Great area, great townhouse, great stay in London. I would recommend Valerie’s townhouse to anyone and will stay again if traveling to the area.

Our stay in Mayfair was pleasant and met our expectations. The property had a classic charm, with well-maintained rooms that offered a comfortable retreat. The staff were friendly and helpful, though at times service was a bit slow. The location was a major highlight, with easy access to upscale shops, fine dining, and key attractions in the area. While the amenities were not as modern as some other places we've stayed, they were adequate for our needs. Overall, it was a nice experience in a prime location.

Very comfortable place to stay with all the amenities needed and a great location! It was easy to get to via public transport and we had an enjoyable stay. Felt very luxurious with the furnishings and had all what we needed to make it feel homely.. Janet was lovely to deal with, very friendly and professional and answered any enquiries that I had. Highly recommended!!
There is some great history surrounding the local area, which is highlighted in various places throughout the communal areas & the reception/bar area is very welcoming - it does feel like you are in a more luxurious hotel. We didn't have dinner or breakfast so can't make any comments on that - but we did have a good nights sleep, the bed was comfortable & the bathroom was modern and well equipped.
Beautiful location, excellent bar and restaurant with a wide range of meals on the menu. The staff were friendly and really helpful, especially the lovely Vanessa. We had an issue with our ironing board but this was put right incredibly quickly. We had a luxury double which was very spacious, with separate desk, coffe table and armchairs. The bathroom was huge, with both walk-in shower and bath. We'd be very happy to stay in this room again.

There was nothing luxurious about the room (luxurious double room?). The only thing favourable was that it was fairly clean.
Breakfast was good you could have continental and cooked breakfast it is very close to motorway and its on the flight path to Gatwick Airport so you constantly hear planes coming into land.and its Purley an golf retreat and wedding venue.
Staff were incredibly welcoming and accomodating. Provided with a free upgrade to the superior suite which was outstanding. Huge bed, luxury shower, tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary biscuits and fruit. Had a lovely relaxing evening. Bath was amazing. Absolutely no faults.
I like the staff they were really helpful and accommodated me really well. I like the room I was given because it looks like a luxury suite to me and it was very comfortable and cosy and it is close to the West and East Croydon station within a walking distance from each other and also the town centre. I really enjoyed my stay here.
