Lovely location and really welcoming hosts. The information pack left was very useful. Can strongly recommend the Red Lion nearby for food. The Lodge was really clean and beautifully furnished. It's not often o sleep so well in strange beds but struggled to wake before 1000am.

The place was actually a little better than shown in the photographs. It was well-stocked with more than we expected and was very clean. Facilities are good for the disabled and we were pleasantly surprised that there was an en-suite room downstairs. It was easy to get to and the host was friendly and helpful

Perfectly located in Carno on a caravan site. We had use of the caravan facilities, outdoor pool, games room and children's playground. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves playing with the other children on the site. The cottage is lovely and had everything we needed. Arrived to a loaf of bread, milk, bottle of wine and biscuits. Such a lovely touch. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was amazing. There is so much outside space too all secluded which was great having a little dog with us. I had to call the owners a couple of times and they were so friendly and more than happy to help. There is a lovely pub at the bottom of the road and a spar not too far away. We were about 20-30 mins from things to do and about an hour away from Aberystwyth. Would definitely recommend!!! Thank you so much for a lovely stay x

Situated in a quiet village, this was just what we wanted. The room was comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches like maps and brochures and books to read. Plenty of choice for breakfast, on a help oneself basis in the room, and a spacious bathroom with excellent shower. It would have been good to use the outdoor table and chairs, but summer hadn’t quite arrived! Our hosts were friendly and helpful without being intrusive, and all was well. We enjoyed seeing the spotted woodpecker amongst the birds using the feeders!
An outstanding place to stay if you love art and want to stay in a beautiful setting. I can not recommend it highly enough - it was a privilege to stay there. The breakfast was beautiful and I would recommend the property to other walkers doing the Severn Way who would like a little luxury to help them along. The breakfast was stunning - thank you both.
It's was peaceful location, nearest village is about 4.4 miles by car. This was what we were looking for. A peaceful get away and reconnectin with nature. The hosts were very helpful and friendly.
The hosts were incredible! We were visiting for a friends wedding. They kindly drove us when no other taxi company’s would take us. Then the next morning they made us sandwiches for our train journey home! Couldn’t thank them enough, incredibly friendly and hospitable. 100% recommend staying here. Such a cute village and 4 min walk from the train station. Rooms were lovely too.
