What a lovely cosy place to stay on the Scottish borders! We stayed for Christmas and it was amazing. Festive decorations had been added and there was a very nice welcome pack. The barn had everything we needed, and was comfortable and warm. There are scenic walks nearby with great views. We look forward to visiting again when we are in the area.

The inn is located in a hilly area next to a river, relatively far from villages etc, making it an ideal quiet location for nature walks and other outdoor activities.
Friendly, lively village pub in a quiet, attractive rural area. Easy to find, with good car parking. Staff were working hard and trying to keep everyone happy!
The location is excellent, the cottage was clean, warm and very comfortable and out hosts were friendly. The village is wonderfully quiet and there is a lovely pub nearby for excellent meals. The area has a great deal to offer, walking, shopping, ancient monuments.
