The location was great, really handy for main town. The pod was nice and quirky and glad we have stayed in it. It was a good experience. Beds were comfy. Great place for our dogs as spaces for then to get out and roam (to a certain extent). All required cooking facilities, crockery, cutlery etc were there so no complaints about that. It was cosy, really warm inside once doors were closed. There was a hot tub if you wished, showers if you wished so all required facilities were there.

It was self catering but there was a excellent welcome pack which catered for breakfast if you wished.

The inn is located in a hilly area next to a river, relatively far from villages etc, making it an ideal quiet location for nature walks and other outdoor activities.
Friendly, lively village pub in a quiet, attractive rural area. Easy to find, with good car parking. Staff were working hard and trying to keep everyone happy!
The location is excellent, the cottage was clean, warm and very comfortable and out hosts were friendly. The village is wonderfully quiet and there is a lovely pub nearby for excellent meals. The area has a great deal to offer, walking, shopping, ancient monuments.
This was a last minute booking after my ferry was cancelled and I needed a stop in the Borders. It was some way off the motorway but so worth the diversion. Amazing wild location, fun roads for driving and at the end a simply luxurious room. Great bar too and amazing breakfast. I honestly didn't want to continue my journey the next day.
