A very cosy vacation rental that feels very much like home. The house is well equipped with almost everything. The house owner Andi had kindly asked if we needed rice cooker, which came in very handy for us. She also set a welcome gift for us upon arrival, truly lovely. The location of the house is perfect with the amenities and tourist attractions abt 10mins drive away. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Ferienhaus Bergvagabund and Andi was just a great kind hearted host.

The location was spectacular. The view of the mountains and valley is breathtaking. The cabins are meticulously cared for and has everything you need. There is a restaurant attached to the stay that has great food. This place was a highlight of a 3 week trip to Europe. I highly recommend.

Great place for a stay in Berchtesgaden. Good location for touring the area. Salzberg is only a 20-minute drive, along with great walks, Konigsee and Khelsteinhouse all nearby. Great hosts who were very friendly and helpful when needed. Would definitely recommend when visiting the area.

The location was amazing - in a pleasant quiet village only half an hour's walk along the river from the Konigssee. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the hosts were very helpful. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the terrace at the top of the garden with wonderful view's of the mountains.
The location is stunning. Spectacular mountain views from the veranda. The lodges are luxurious and tastefully decorated with hot tub, coffee machine, infrared chairs and high quality utensils including a gas bbq.
The owner is a great host. He welcomed us with drinks and a schnapps tasting. A typical Bavarian restaurant is on site with welcoming staff.

The chalet was just like the pictures - beautiful, inviting and comfortable. Attention has been paid to every detail and extra luxury - from chocolates, teas, bath foams / chyrstals, .... to ensure you feel pampered. The place is spotlessly clean and simply sumptuous. We were looking for a romantic, elegant and cosy stay for the 2 of us with a central location to go hiking and biking in the National Park and visit Salzburg. It gave us all we were looking for.
Location was really great. Short way to village where was good restaurant's and great bakery. Sight from balcony over whole valley was breath taking. Room, actually 2 rooms, big bathroom and hall, was better than it looked in pictures. Just perfekt for two couples even this long, 7 days, stay. Bathroom was really big, shower spacious and bathtub brought some luxury.
