This was the most beautiful home! Perfect location. Quiet, good restaurants near by, and so close to all of the attractions we wanted to see. The house itself was absolutely spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and felt so homey and welcoming. It was perfect for our family of 5. We can't recommend this place enough! We hope to be back for a visit one day.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The perfect holiday house for the family. It’s walking distance to Königsee and the Jennerbahn. There is also a great playground across the street. The house has everything you need. We were 7 adults and a dog and had plenty of room. The host Andres and her family are so wonderful and helpful and speak fluent English and German. The house was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for your next holiday!!

Wonderful location. Host was very kind. Apartment had what we needed. Easy access to Salzburg. Fantastic access to Eagles Nest, Königsee and sommerrodelbahn Keltenblitz. Also easy to walk into the village center for restaurants and grabbing groceries.
The Residenz is great, located in a small quiet village. The Eagle's Nest is reachable from here only by foot. The room had everything needed, nice and clean bathroom, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. The Check-in is only until 6pm, but there is a possibility to pick up the keys from the key safe in case of later arrival which was a very nice surprise. Its not the cheapest accommodation especially counting in the tax for the stay, but we enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back in case we would be in this region.
The views and scenery surrounding the hotel are beautiful! The rooms are large, super clean, and have a nice balcony overlooking the village. The breakfast was fabulous!!
Location great- I mean views and nature around you. Room is big, lot of space in Bathroom. Staff is friendly, hospitable and professional. In the village is really good energy. They sell really good beer.
Location very convenient just a couple of minutes from the train/bus station, fully equipped kitchenette, bathrobes, full balcony, huge lounge in the luxury apartment, free fruit n tea/coffee in the lobby downstairs, breakfast in the riverbank cafe of the hotel, swings n slides outside, helpful staff, swimming pool and healthy activities. A steep 15 min walk to the centre but the free buses (with guest card) from the station also take u
Breakfast was great, lots of yummy options. The patio and view were wonderful. Shower had plenty of power and hot water. Short walk to center of town. Beautiful village.
Everything about this charming hotel was a delight! The warm and friendly staff, the spacious rooms, the hotel facilities and decor, the abundant breakfast... Hotel Alpina Ros Demming, nestled in the mountains and a short walk to the main village area, beautifully mixes old-world charm with modern amenitites . If I am ever back in the area, this will be my go-to hotel!
