Apartment has great location in the middle of calm village.
On the opposite side is nice small store where you can buy groceries.
Apartment itself was roomy, cozy and bed was great to sleep in. It has fully furnished kitchen which was helpful.
We enjoyed the stay by walking in the surrounding nature and after that we relaxed on the balcony.
Host was really nice and she provided us with tips about what we can see and do in the area.
We were not able to see everything so for sure we will come back.
Lovely, cosy apartment in a quiet location with excellent access to hiking routes. The balcony overlooking the garden is so peaceful and the kitchen was well equipped (even with cooking oil!). We appreciated the free public transport 'Guti' tickets. Bayerisch Eisenstein is a pretty but small village. It might be useful for travellers without a car to know that there is no shop for groceries in the village, we had to get the train to Železná Ruda in order to buy food etc.
We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back sometime!
It was an exceptionally good pension. The owners went out of their way to be helpful, including providing their own free 'taxi service' to take us to restaurants and the station
(maybe 1-2 kms away).
We also liked the fact that the village was very quiet and with few tourists. But an excellent base for waking and travelling by train to the Czech Republic
