The owners are fantastic hosts and took very good care of us. The property is clean, and had every thing we needed including laundry, a hammock overlooking a river, pool access and netflix. Its up hill from town so a car or a quick cab ride from the city center is best.

I have visited Costa Rica several times, but here I really experienced Costa Rica.
The real charm of the place is that it is in a forest full of monkeys and other animals and really close to the river!!
The location is excellent because unlike the noisy Santa Teresa and Monteza Zuma, here are the only gas station and supermarket in the whole area and other necessary things, but you are completely in the forest and it is not noticeable.
The house is about a 10-15 minute drive to any destination you choose in the area.
The house itself is very spacious and clean, I didn't need more than that.
Our host Liz was very friendly and helped us with everything.
We will be back!

We loved staying at Casa Nina, the house is just beautiful. We loved the amazing oncean view the house has. It is located up mountains but a few meters from the center. Cincierge and cleaning guys are super friendly and will help with everything you need.

There was a whiteboard in front of our cabin and the key was in the door, ready for us to open.
What we didn't like are suggestions to make the place a number 10!
We loved staying here, kitchen was good enough for the 4 days and the pool was well maintained and nice to cool off in. Small place made for a more social setting with everyone talking to each other. An easy walk to Super Chico store where we could get supplies.
We would definitely come back and hope that suggestions are looked at for next time.

We liked nothing to the point we left and found alternative accommodation. The accommodation was next to main door, with bedroom windows open to all that passes, so no privacy, plus there was ongoing music. it was very dark inside, which I dont like. Only bedroom has AC, and fans in other rooms didnt provide any relief from the humid hot. Inside it smelt damp walls. Kitchen was worn and torn, I didnt feel like it was clean. I have no idea how this can be called 4*. beats me.

The owner has 4 amazing dogs that seem spicy when you walk in, but they are all very sweet once they know youre staying there. Cant wake up in the morning without Milly coming over for some scratches. Dont expect top notch luxury, but the place is amazing for what you have to pay. You get a whole 2 story bungalow to yourself, including kitchen and bathroom. The place is beachfront, in the jungle. You can hear the ocean falling asleep. I have seen more wildlife here than anywhere else.

Beautiful Villas overlooking the Pacific with 180+ degree panoramic view with infinity pool you can enjoy the view from the water. The ocean view villa is spectacular with large spaces, a dining and cooking area, a balcony for dining alfresco and the bedroom faces the ocean view.
The villa was perched on a hilltop a few minutes drive out of Montezuma. The location was tranquil, the villa was very comfortable and although with 4 other villas, very private and charming - with large Iguanas rusting about and the sounds of Howler monkeys at dusk. The swimming pool was amazing with views out towards the sea. The caretaker Johnson was very helpful, even helping us get some fresh fish for dinner one evening.
location is a uphill so there’s always a little breeze, villas are spacious, normally really quiet (if you don’t have neighbors - not Casa Frangipani - who stay up all night and talk). Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice pool with a view. Wi-Fi in villa 1 is excellent, because it has the main router.
