It was very nice and clean. The housekeeping was great and the receptionists took they helped me book a restaurant and translate things for me! Really great experience. Location is also very nice and quite central. Our room was so big and spacious and felt very luxurious.

I had an absolutely delightful stay! The hotel’s location is superb, conveniently close to the subway station and major attractions. The staff were warm and very helpful, I was deeply touched by their thoughtfulness. They provided me with many tips for exploring Shanghai and its surroundings. I'd come back just for the services they provided me. The design of the little villa is unique and cozy. I highly recommend this place.

This really is a luxury hotel, and it rivals the big chains. I would stay here in a heartbeat again the room was beautiful and d the staff were over and above accomodating. If they didn’t understand what o was saying they would use a translation app. Super close to Disneyland (I walked there and back) and the Shanghai Village outlet shops. Airport is about 20 minutes away, making it the perfect way to end or start your holiday.
