The cottage was just lovely. Beautiful setting, and all the little touches from the fresh flowers, homemade cookies and even the bit of local gin was just so nice. The kids jumped out of the car and were in the kayaks within 10min having a blast, whereas the adults were mesmerised by the view with a cuppa. Thanks! Only wish we were visiting for longer!

Beautiful location, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The cabin has everything you’d need and is very comfortable.
We decided we didn’t fancy heading out again for dinner when we arrived because it was so beautiful and cosy, and Venesser responded to our message immediately offering food for us to cook in the cabin including bacon, cream and garlic. This really made our stay!

The cottage was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfy, all the kitchen items were quality and in good order.
