The Stone Cottage - Bruny Island features an outdoor fireplace and a picnic area. The cottage was beautiful! The pictures don’t do the actual place justice. We had a great stay and did a little fire in the evening.

Equipped with all you need ! Great location ( although next to a bar which was noisy at night but it was at weekend and if you don’t have kids 🤣 you could be there enjoying the pub ! ) Altogether a great stay and would throughly recommend to others

being in a well equiped villa was very nice, neighbouring villas were not noisy at all, it was very peaceful overall. the view from the balcony was quite pleasant too :) on the last day we had breakfast at the bistro which was lovely and so well cooked. the art work in the room and bistro was very nice and quite unique :)

We had recently stayed in a one bedroom garden villa and on this occasion selected a one bedroom apartment which was slightly larger and had a separate shower. Rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. The villas are situated in a lovely setting and about a ten minute drive from Launceston, but close to the Casino. We used the pool.
The location - set amidst the bush and across the road from the beach. We enjoyed hearing the waves at night and being able to take the little bush path, where we often encountered wallabies, to the town. Also close to all the action of Adventure Bay plus lovely long walks along the stunning beach.The villas were well spaced so we felt at one with the environment. It was great to sit out on the balcony in the evenings, listening to the birds as the sun set. Bed was comfortable
I was upgraded to a three-bedroom unit which was very comfortable and highly recommended for families. The staff recognised and sorted outa mistake with my booking and rang me to clarify my requirements before arrival. Well done! There is a restaurant and pizza place on site and a courtesy bus for travel between the Villas and the Country Club.
The Bay View Villas are perched high on the ridge looking down on the city and the Derwent River. Our apartments had a restricted view but most of the other apartments would have a good view. Friendly paddymelons (small wallabies) visited in the evening to graze outside our door.

Our original accommodation was cancelled last minute due to Covid and luckily Sunset Holiday Villas was available! What a great find. Nice clean accommodation and awesome location. The view was gorgeous at sunset and sunrise. Watching the swans on the river was lovely. Checking in and out was so easy. Stairs to reach the unit. Parking at door. Highly recommend this lovely villa. We stayed in Unit 2.
