Amazing location with true farmhouse experience. We absolutely love the sunrise view with many kangaroos grazing in front of the property during this time. From the property itself, we saw cows grazing about 200-300m away.
The accommodation was well equipped with kitchenware, bakeware, glassware, seasoning etc. The bedroom and lounge were comfortable. The woodfire was amazing and they also have a/c with heater. We didn't have to leave the property at all throughout our stay.
Suggest bringing plenty of bottled water as the tap water is not for drinking.

Loved the home made sourdough bread. The accommodation was very clean the bed was super comfortable. Karen introduced herself a short while after we had arrived and went through all the amenities and what we could do on the property. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at Ruse Estate Retreat Margaret River.
Stunning luxury accommodation set in spectacular tranquil surroundings. The chalets are beautifully designed with quality furnishings and equiped with everything you could possibly need. Karen and Laurie are incredible hosts and go out of their way to ensure you have a perfect stay with Karen even very kindly driving us to our lunch venue when our taxi failed to arrive!
This property was flawlessly clean, full of character, perfect for privacy, relaxing and a breath of fresh air. We couldn’t have been happier with the hosts and the location. Cozying up by the fire, feeding the cows, bird watching, photography, going on adventures to nearby waterfalls and enjoying a glass of wine and cheese tray…what more could you want for a weekend away! So much thought and time has gone into Rosa Glen Retreat and we were stoked to be able to enjoy some time there! Will not disappoint, I highly recommend!
Wow! Such a beautiful spot! Lots of birdsong, amazing stars and kangaroos in the distance.
Inside, we were greeted with freshly made bread from our host, with complimentary wine and cheese. Absolutely delicious. The accommodation is beautiful also, lots of gorgeous wood, extremely well appointed and very comfortable with everything in the kitchen you could need. The bathroom even has luxury products to use. HIGHLY recommended.
Fantastic location, nice and "seclusive", and just a fair dinkum beautiful little retreat.
