The most wonderful place to stay on the island. Green area, full of peace, very comfortable appartment with garden giew. Also free eggs, fruits, avocado right from the garden! Vila Emigrante has sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Capelas, 6.9 km from Pico do Carvao. The air-conditioned accommodation is 15 km from Sete Cidades Lagoon. Diana, as a Host was extremely efficient, accommodating and kind hearted Host. She was very easy to communicate with and was prompt in replying. Her directions to the location were amazing and she walked me through the cabin and and the grounds to make sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. She even left a lovely gift basket of local treats which was very thoughtful and showed how proud she is of her home country and wants to share that with her guests. Very, very special. The cabin location was amazing with a great view of the village and the ocean with a lovely outdoor covered veranda to sit and eat and take in the view. The kitchen was efficient and well stocked with all you needed to have morning tea or coffee and to cook and make a meal. It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. At night you could sit out, even in the rain and watch the sunset and in the morning have coffee and watch the sunrise. The Village has some great sights to take in as well as being a great location to drive to other areas with lots of great scenery along the way. The people in the Village are so lovely and social and make you feel like you are part of the community. There are a few local cats and they were the gentlest and sweetest and would come by for visits which was quite nice during the evenings. I highly recommend it for single travelers, couples, and or families.

Featuring pool with a view and views of sea, The Homeboat Company Ponta Delgada-Açores is a recently renovated boat located in Ponta Delgada, 13 km from Pico do Carvao. We stayed in our home boat for a full week and loved every second of it. It has everything you need, super clean and cozy. The views are beautiful, especially for sunset on the rooftop! Great location, close from city centre but far enough to not hear the crowds. The staff was incredible! They messaged us every single day morning and evening to make sure we had everything we needed and they were always super helpful when we had questions or needed help (I have never seen people respond so quickly!). Clara and Joana were of much help every day and a big big thank you to Sandra who not only was efficient, but also so welcoming. Would 100% recommend to anybody staying in Ponts Delgada!

A recently renovated country house situated in Furnas, Furnas Spring Lodge features a garden. Beautiful accommodation in an excellent location. The room was spotless, well furnished with a very comfy bed. There was also a tv with streaming services. The communal kitchenette was very useful and we loved the ducks and chickens in the back yard. Communication with the host was very easy.

Featuring garden views, CASA DO ADRO -GRANEL features accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 27 km from Pico do Ferro. Guests can benefit from a balcony and an outdoor fireplace. Our flight was early and the host made arrangement for an early check in which helped us get some rest before going out and leave our stuff in the property. The host also provided information about attractions in the area and helped me with finding what I needed on my first day.

The bed and breakfast features a spa experience, with its sauna, hot tub and hammam. the park, the pool(even tho it was cold), the rooms were nice, kitchen was nice, good location, god tier property

Very comfortable stay right in the center of Ponta Delgada. Very friendly staff. Well-designed rooms. Super comfy beds. Great breakfast. Walking distance to all attractions of the city. Free parking. And even a small art gallery inside the hotel. What more can you ask for?
